民航企业能效评价与动态监控方法研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, energy conservation and carbon emission reduction has gradually become a hot issue at home and abroad. As an important part of transportation industry, civil aviation enterprises are urgent to develop energy saving optimization and improve energy efficiency. However, a set of scientific, systematic, objective and reasonable energy efficiency evaluation system for civil aviation enterprises has not been established at present, which can not effectively evaluate the energy efficiency of civil aviation enterprises. By investigating the energy consumption of many civil aviation enterprises in China, collecting a large number of basic data, starting with the analysis of energy utilization and energy consumption structure of civil aviation enterprises, a set of energy efficiency evaluation index system for civil aviation enterprises is established. The dynamic monitoring method of energy efficiency based on energy saving management is put forward in order to provide method and technical support for energy efficiency evaluation and monitoring of civil aviation enterprises in China, so as to promote the optimization of energy efficiency. Improve energy efficiency and other work more scientific and reasonable development. Firstly, based on the actual situation of energy consumption of civil aviation enterprises in China, the energy consumption data of a domestic civil aviation enterprise in 2011-2014 are analyzed, and the evaluation boundary is determined. At the same time, the connotation of energy efficiency of civil aviation enterprises is further interpreted and defined through the research of energy efficiency measurement index. Secondly, through the analysis of the influencing factors of energy efficiency in enterprises, the basic contents of energy efficiency evaluation of civil aviation enterprises are determined, and the methods of combining qualitative evaluation with quantitative analysis are adopted, from three aspects of energy conservation management, energy system and environment system. A longitudinal evaluation model of energy efficiency in civil aviation enterprises is established, which aims at efficient energy utilization and low intensity pollution emission, and the contents of each index are expounded. Thirdly, the combination weight of each evaluation index is determined by the combination of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and entropy method, and the rationality of index weight is ensured as far as possible. Based on the research of the evaluation method and the actual demand of the civil aviation enterprise energy efficiency evaluation, the energy efficiency evaluation method based on the grey correlation analysis method is selected. Taking a representative civil aviation enterprise in China as the research object, the evaluation model is verified, and the evaluation results are analyzed. The efforts and progress made by the enterprises to improve energy efficiency are fully affirmed. At the same time find out the weak link of enterprise energy efficiency, excavate civil aviation enterprise energy conservation potential. Finally, based on the research of dynamic monitoring methodology and the results of enterprise energy efficiency evaluation, the energy efficiency dynamic monitoring method based on energy efficiency management is put forward from the point of view of energy efficiency management. Through dynamic monitoring of energy-saving management in civil aviation enterprises, the foresight and foresight of energy-saving monitoring and management are improved, and the efficiency of energy-saving management is maintained at a higher level to achieve the purpose of controlling enterprise energy efficiency.
