[Abstract]:Since 1960's, after more than 50 years' development, ro-ro transport has become the main way of vehicle shipping. Countries and regions with developed automobile import and export trade, such as Europe, America and Japan, have made great efforts to develop the ro / ro industry and follow its development law. In addition to strengthening the construction of their own professional supporting facilities, the ro-ro wharf enterprises in Europe and the United States and other countries, They attach great importance to the establishment of a sound IT service management within the ro-ro wharf enterprise, to help the enterprise to carry out efficient planning, R & D, implementation, operation and other management. After entering the 21st century, our country also ushered in the "golden period" of rapid development of automobile industry, accompanied by the construction of many ro / ro wharves and the rapid development of ro-ro wharf enterprises. Several important automobile import and export ports in China, such as Tianjin, Shanghai and Guangzhou, already have advanced international standards in terms of the hardware facilities for ro / ro transportation. However, due to the late start, compared with the developed countries such as Europe and the United States, There is a big gap in the ability and management level of IT service management in our country's ro / ro wharf enterprises, which also restrict our country's ro / ro wharf enterprises to further improve their production efficiency and enhance their profitability. At the same time, it also affects the process of strategic development of ro-ro wharf enterprises to automobile logistics and other related industries. Therefore, the research on IT service management for the ro-ro wharf enterprises with strong professional production and high demand for organization and coordination is of great significance to the development of automobile handling production, automobile logistics and even automobile industry in China. In this paper, we will compare the differences in the application of ro-ro wharf in IT service management at home and abroad, and reveal the important role and significance of IT service management in the development of ro / ro enterprises. This paper analyzes and explores the development direction of IT service management in domestic ro / ro enterprises. This paper finds out the difficulties and limitations of IT service management in enterprises, and probes into the IT service management mode which is suitable for our country's national conditions and conforms to the actual production conditions of enterprises.
