共享单车“免费骑”现象怎么看

【摘要】：互联网租赁自行车作为一种低碳环保的出行方式,在解决交通拥挤、"最后一公里"问题、增加人们生活乐趣以及提升城市活力等方面功不可没。只有公众、企业、投资人和政府四方努力,为互联网租赁自行车这一新生事物提供良好的生存和发展环境,全社会才能共享其所带来的实惠与便利。
[Abstract]:As a low-carbon and environmentally friendly way to travel, Internet rental bicycles have contributed to solving the problem of traffic congestion, "the last kilometer", increasing people's enjoyment of life and enhancing the vitality of the city. Only when the public, enterprises, investors and government make great efforts to provide a good living and developing environment for this new thing, the whole society can share its benefits and convenience.
