高速公路建设项目专业团队知识学习效果评价研究

【摘要】:知识经济时代对现代高速公路建设项目提出了更高的要求,高速公路建设项目团队只有掌握足够的知识并将其加以实际运用才能够适应其建设的复杂性、高要求性。高速公路建设项目团队具有临时性特征,多单位的融合性决定了其团队知识学习过程不再是简单的SECI模型,知识学习效果受诸多因素影响。因此有必要对高速公路建设项目专业团队知识学习过程进行深入研究。 本文首先界定了高速公路建设项目专业团队的涵义,结合其团队特点分析了互助学习、兴趣学习、从众学习三种学习类型的特质。在此基础上,总结了高速公路建设项目专业团队知识学习的弱混沌性、简单博弈性、协同性、投入产出有限性、学习内容丰富性和知识应用效率高等学习特性。针对三种学习类型的特质以及专业团队知识学习特性构建了基于个体、实践社群、专业团队三种学习主体的专业团队知识学习多重SECI模型,并对多重SECI知识学习过程进行了详细分析。分析了专业团队多重SECI知识学习过程的影响因素,在此基础上构建了高速公路建设项目专业团队知识学习效果评价指标体系和知识学习效果可拓评价模型。利用信度和效度符合要求的调查问卷获取了专业团队知识学习影响因素的各指标值的原始数据,,将原始数据进行处理后利用可拓评价模型对某专业团队知识学习效果进行了评价,针对学习效果评价结果提出了提高专业团队知识学习效果的建议。 本文的研究是将微观机理用于解决宏观事物的问题,是对项目团队学习研究的一次有益尝试,试图对高速公路建设项目专业团队知识学习提供一定借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, the modern highway construction project has put forward higher requirements. The expressway construction project team can adapt to the complexity and high requirement of its construction only by mastering enough knowledge and applying it in practice. The expressway construction project team has the temporary characteristic, the multi-unit fusion determines its team knowledge learning process is no longer a simple SECI model, the knowledge learning effect is affected by many factors. Therefore, it is necessary to study the knowledge learning process of expressway construction project. This paper first defines the meaning of the expressway construction project professional team, and analyzes the characteristics of the three learning types: mutual learning, interest learning and herd learning combined with the characteristics of the team. On this basis, this paper summarizes the weak chaos, simple game, cooperation, limited input and output, richness of learning content and high efficiency of knowledge application of the team knowledge learning of expressway construction project. According to the characteristics of three kinds of learning types and the characteristics of professional team knowledge learning, this paper constructs a multiple SECI model of professional team knowledge learning based on individual, community of practice and professional team. The process of multiple SECI knowledge learning is analyzed in detail. Based on the analysis of the factors influencing the process of multi-SECI knowledge learning of professional teams, the evaluation index system of knowledge learning effect and the extension evaluation model of knowledge learning effect of professional teams in expressway construction projects are constructed. The original data of the influencing factors of professional team knowledge learning were obtained by the questionnaire of reliability and validity. After processing the original data, this paper evaluates the knowledge learning effect of a professional team by using extension evaluation model, and puts forward some suggestions to improve the knowledge learning effect of a professional team. The research of this paper is to apply the micro mechanism to solve the problem of macroscopic things, is a beneficial attempt to study the project team learning, and attempts to provide some reference for the expressway construction project professional team knowledge learning.
