辽宁省交通运输与区域经济协调发展研究

【摘要】:随着社会经济及交通运输业的进步发展,交通运输已经发展成为由公路、铁路、水路、航空及管道等五种交通运输方式有机构成的现代化综合交通运输业,交通运输业已经成为国民经济发展的基础性产业,其保证了社会经济活动的正常运行,现代化综合交通运输的出现提高了交通运输的区域跨度及运输效率,同时又降低了运输成本。改革开放以来的30多年里,辽宁省交通运输业得到了迅猛发展,由公路、铁路、水运、航空和城市轨道交通等交通运输方式联合形成的现代化综合交通运输体系为辽宁省区域经济的发展提供了强大支撑。但在交通基础设施不断增长的同时,交通运输业的发展并不乐观,2015年全年辽宁省各种运输方式完成货运量202020万吨,与去年同期相比下降9%,2015年全年各种运输方式完成客运量75039万人,下降21%。与此同时,辽宁省的区域经济发展也到了非常关键的时期,2015年是辽宁经济从中高速增长发展阶段继续下滑的一年,全年地区生产总值同比增长0.15%,与全国相比居最末位。这是辽宁省GDP实际增速在2014年降至5.8%,在全国31个省市区中位居倒数第三的基础上,经济形势进一步恶化的表现。本文首先从交通运输和区域经济的相关理论概述入手,全面介绍了国内外在交通运输和区域经济领域的相关研究成果,全面介绍了辽宁省交通运输和区域经济的发展状况,并采用综合评价方法和适应度分析法对交通运输和区域经济两大系统进行了定量分析,依据分析结果指出了辽宁省交通运输对区域经济的影响。这对辽宁省及其他地区今后交通运输和区域经济的发展具有很大的参考借鉴价值。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy and transportation industry, transportation has developed into a modern integrated transportation industry, which is composed of five transportation modes: highway, railway, waterway, aviation and pipeline. Transportation has become the basic industry of national economic development, which ensures the normal operation of social and economic activities. The emergence of modern comprehensive transportation improves the regional span and transportation efficiency of transportation. At the same time, it reduces the cost of transportation. In the more than 30 years since the reform and opening up, the transportation industry in Liaoning Province has developed rapidly, from highway, railway and water transportation. The modern integrated transportation system, which is formed by aviation and urban rail transit, provides a strong support for the development of Liaoning's regional economy. However, while the transportation infrastructure continues to grow, the development of the transportation industry is not optimistic. In 2015, the volume of freight transported by various modes of transport in Liaoning Province was 2.0202 billion tons, down by 9% compared with the same period last year. The passenger volume of all modes of transport in 2015 was 750.39 million, down by 21. At the same time, the regional economic development of Liaoning Province has also reached a very critical period. 2015 is a year in which Liaoning's economy continues to decline at a stage of rapid economic growth, and the region's gross domestic product (GDP) in the whole year has increased by 0.15% PW from a year earlier. Last place compared with the whole country. This is the real growth rate of Liaoning Province GDP fell to 5.8 in 2014, the country's 31 provinces and municipalities ranked third from the bottom, further deterioration of the economic situation. This paper begins with a brief introduction of the related theories of transportation and regional economy, introduces the related research results in the field of transportation and regional economy at home and abroad, and introduces the development of transportation and regional economy in Liaoning Province. The comprehensive evaluation method and fitness analysis method are used to quantitatively analyze the two systems of transportation and regional economy. Based on the analysis results, the influence of transportation on regional economy in Liaoning Province is pointed out. It has great reference value for the future development of transportation and regional economy in Liaoning Province and other regions.
