辽宁省客运联网售票系统的技术实现

【摘要】:客运联网售票系统通过整合客运行业客票资源,解决了辽宁省长途客运信息分散,乘客难于获得出行信息及必须到站买票等问题。该系统提供了站间互售、社会代售和网络订售相结合的全新的公路长途票务服务。 辽宁省内的客运站隶属于不同的经营主体,售票系统采用集中与分布式相结合的体系结构,因此整个系统构成松散的“邦联式”结构。客票系统配置了中心应用服务器和中心数据库,汇总全部客票信息。每个客运站都拥有独立的信息管理系统,客运站和社会代售点通过城域网络接入中心服务器,网络用户通过Internet访问网上订票系统,获得订售票服务。软件系统以面向服务的体系架构设计思想,采用分布式多层架构。其中,客运站信息系统包括售、检、调、结等功能;票务中心包括管理、票务、结算等功能。 开发过程中应用了Web Service和XML技术,着重解决数据库同步问题,采用两阶段数据提交,操作同步完成或同步放弃的方式,确保断线恢复后的数据更新一致;同时使用交易中间件,保证了消息的可靠传递和事务完整性保护、并发事务处理、异构系统的透明支持;采用分布式计算结构,通过XML协议展现商务服务,实现了分布数据库的互备容灾、断线自动切换以及应用服务的集群技术,确保系统运行稳定和数据安全可靠。
[Abstract]:Through the integration of passenger ticket resources in passenger transport industry, the passenger network ticketing system solves the problems of long-distance passenger transportation information scattered in Liaoning Province, difficulty for passengers to obtain travel information and the need to buy tickets at the station. The system provides a brand-new long-distance road ticketing service, which combines inter-station sales, social sales and network subscription. The passenger stations in Liaoning Province belong to different operators, and the ticketing system adopts a centralized and distributed system structure, so the whole system forms a loose "confederation" structure. Ticket system is configured with central application server and central database to summarize all ticket information. Each passenger station has an independent information management system, passenger stations and social agents access the center server through the metropolitan area network, and network users access the online booking system through Internet to obtain booking service. The software system adopts the idea of service-oriented architecture and distributed multi-tier architecture. Among them, the passenger station information system includes sales, inspection, adjustment, settlement and other functions; ticketing center includes management, ticketing, settlement and other functions. In the process of development, Web Service and XML technologies are applied to solve the problem of database synchronization. Two-stage data submission, operation synchronization completion or synchronous abandonment are adopted to ensure the consistency of data update after the recovery of off-line. At the same time, transaction middleware is used to ensure reliable transmission of messages and protection of transaction integrity, concurrent transaction processing and transparent support of heterogeneous systems. The distributed computing structure and XML protocol are used to display the business services, which can realize the disaster tolerance of distributed databases, the automatic switching of broken lines and the cluster technology of application services, so as to ensure the stability of the system and the safety and reliability of the data.
