我国双前桥转向货车使用状况分析研究
[Abstract]:With the continuous deepening of the management of over-limited and overloaded transportation, and the overall promotion of weight-bearing tolls on expressways, the double-front axle turning to freight cars, which not only meets the requirements of policies and regulations, but also meets the needs of the transport industry, has adapted to the development of the market. Has won the market recognition, the sales volume surges year after year, the application on the highway is more and more. Based on the investigation and statistics of the freight car volume of national expressway from 2006 to 2011, the usage of the double-front axle steering truck on the highway in our country is obtained in this paper. The double-front-axle steering truck plays an increasingly important role in the traffic flow of the highway network in China. Through the statistical analysis of the sales situation of each axle truck in China from 2005 to 2011, the change of the double front axle steering truck market is obtained. Based on the follow-up of the overloading transportation policy and the understanding of the guiding opinions on the weight charge, this paper discusses the driving mechanism of the control of the overloading transportation work and the weight-weighing toll policy of the expressway to the expansion of the market of the double-front-axle steering truck in our country. There are some problems such as tire wear, steering wheel jitter, tire shimmy and so on in the operation of double front axle steering truck. Based on the introduction of the steering system structure and steering principle of the double front axle steering truck, the positioning parameters of the wheel are analyzed, and the characteristics of abnormal wear and tear of the tire of the double front axle steering truck are given. The design, manufacture and application factors of abnormal wear and tear of tire are discussed, and the corresponding improvement measures are given. In addition, the problem of steering wheel shimmy of double-axle steering truck and its generating mechanism are discussed in this paper, and the solution is put forward from two aspects of structure and design.
