【摘要】：财务管理系统是组织企业财务活动、处理企业财务关系的一种专业管理系统。企业的组织形式在很大程度上制约着企业财务管理系统的比较选择。科学规范的企业财务管理系统,有助于企业以较低的成本建立全面的符合企业个性特征并能够适应未来发展需要的业务流程,有助于企业实现公司与员工之间沟通、企业与企业外部客户商及合作伙伴之间开展协同商务,有助于企业构建数据、信息及知识库,显著提高企业的管理效率和经济效益。 南方旅游公司多年经营航空客运代理销售的传统机票业务和旅游代理业务,面对新兴的电子网络平台旅游业务经销商的剧烈竞争,自身业务管理系统特别是企业财务管理系统日益落伍,已逐渐丧失了做大做强的资本和条件。 本人在南方旅游公司财务部门任职多年,运用学习掌握的现代企业财务管理系统的理论和方法,针对南方旅游公司财务管理系统进行研究,观察了解其现行财务管理系统运行状况,分析制约财务管理系统落后的问题和成因,在有效控制企业内部风险的前提下对财务管理系统进行了优化设计,通过调整财务管理系统的运行机制、再造业务流程、研发升级财务管理软件等措施,构建形成支撑南方旅游公司持续发展的财务管理动态监控平台。 希望不仅能够解决南方旅游公司财务管理工作中的现实问题,而且力图探索现代企业财务管理系统升级换代的一般规律。
