高速公路施工企业养护定额编制研究

【摘要】:施工企业养护定额是施工企业进行成本管理和投标报价的重要依据,对企业来讲,企业定额不仅是企业进行计划管理的依据,也是企业组织和指挥施工的有效工具,并且给工人劳动报酬的计算提供了依据,可有效的激励工人,推广先进技术,在企业成本管理及经济核算中,是不可忽视的,是工程建设定额体系的基础。 本文在分析了养护工程与新建工程的不同之处及养护工程的分类后,确定了企业养护定额的特点及作用,并根据其特点分析其影响因素;详细调查定额的编制原则及依据,并以此作为企业养护定额的理论依据。 在确定企业养护定额的编制原则及依据后,根据企业养护定额工作时间的划分,确定人工、机械定额时间及材料消耗的范围,并详细调查定额时间测定方法,分析其优缺点及局限性,为后期定额测定提供了理论基础。 全面调查定额编制方法,提出小样本容量时测定次数的确定方法,基于改进灰色模糊理论中灰色关联度的数据处理,并分析当前异常值剔除方法的缺点,提出在不同情况下使用不同的异常值剔除方法,保证所留数据更准确、更真实,为企业养护定额的后期编制工作提供了很大的帮助。提出定额编制需经过准备工作、已有项目资料收集、定额细目分类、企业定额确定及定额水平测试五个步骤。 结合养护工程分类及各分类工程的工作内容,结合企业施工实际情况及陕西省养护工程预算定额细目,得出企业养护定额编制细目的划分。 结合企业实际施工情况,制定企业养护定额定额测定表,对定额进行实际测定,并以改性沥青玛蹄脂路面摊铺细目的编制为例说明直接测定法定额编制步骤;以石油沥青粘层细目的编制为例说明基于改进模糊理论计算模型的定额编制步骤。 最后,详细调查了机械台班费用的构成,,为企业养护工程机械定额编制奠定理论基础,并根据其组成制定了企业养护机械定额测定表;详细介绍定额个构成项目的确定方法,并以CC232双钢轮压路机为例说明机械定额的编制。
[Abstract]:The maintenance quota of construction enterprise is the important basis for construction enterprise to carry on cost management and bid quotation. For the enterprise, enterprise quota is not only the basis of enterprise planning management, but also an effective tool for enterprise to organize and direct construction. It also provides a basis for the calculation of workers' labor remuneration, which can effectively motivate workers and popularize advanced technology, which can not be ignored in the cost management and economic accounting of enterprises, and is the basis of the quota system of engineering construction. After analyzing the difference between the maintenance engineering and the new project and the classification of the maintenance project, this paper determines the characteristics and functions of the maintenance quota of the enterprise, and analyzes its influencing factors according to its characteristics. The principle and basis of compiling quota are investigated in detail, and it is used as the theoretical basis of enterprise maintenance quota. After determining the principle and basis of the establishment of the maintenance quota of the enterprise, according to the division of the working time of the maintenance quota of the enterprise, the time of the quota of labor and machinery and the scope of the material consumption are determined, and the method of determining the time of the quota is investigated in detail. The advantages, disadvantages and limitations of this method are analyzed, which provides a theoretical basis for the measurement of quota in the later period. Based on the data processing of the grey correlation degree in the improved grey fuzzy theory, the shortcomings of the current method of eliminating outliers are analyzed, and the method of determining the number of determinations in the case of small sample capacity is put forward. In order to ensure that the data is more accurate and real, the method of eliminating outliers in different cases is put forward, which provides a great help for the later preparation of the maintenance quota of enterprises. It is pointed out that the five steps of quota establishment are as follows: preparation, collection of existing project data, classification of quota items, determination of enterprise quota and test of quota level. Combined with the classification of maintenance engineering and the work contents of each classified project, combined with the actual construction situation of the enterprise and the budget quota of Shaanxi maintenance project, the division of the establishment of the maintenance quota is obtained. In the light of the actual construction situation of the enterprise, the maintenance quota table of the enterprise is formulated, and the actual measurement of the quota is carried out. Taking the compilation of the details of the paving of modified asphalt mastic pavement as an example, the steps of the direct determination of the quota are explained. Taking the compilation of asphalt adhesive layer details as an example, the steps of quota compilation based on the improved fuzzy theory calculation model are illustrated. Finally, the composition of machinery workshop expenses is investigated in detail, which lays a theoretical foundation for the establishment of enterprise maintenance construction machinery quota, and the determination table of enterprise maintenance machinery quota is drawn up according to its composition. The method of determining quota items is introduced in detail. Taking CC232 double steel roller as an example, the establishment of mechanical quota is illustrated.
