铁路货代企业物流金融服务模式研究

【摘要】：目前随着物流企业的逐步发展成熟,铁路所面对的内、外部环境都发生了巨大的变化,简单的代理已经难以适应新的形势。物流服务逐渐向价值链的其他环节延伸,物流金融服务已成为物流衍生服务的一个必不可少的构成部分,是物流与资金流结合的必然产物。本文在从物流金融服务模式及风险识别与控制等方面对我国铁路货运代理企业开展物流金融服务进行探讨。主要研究内容和结论如下：第一,基于货运代理与现代物流的关系,从货物运输特点、运输服务模式、企业发展历程、运作模式、业务特点、行业问题及核心竞争力等方面系统分析了对我国铁路货运代理企业发展情况。第二,结合我国铁路货代企业面临的外部环境,根据其优势劣势提出了开展物流金融的难点及相关对策。第三,通过对UPS及中储物流金融模式的分析,比较目前国内外物流金融发展状况,并以此为基础提出我国铁路货代企业开展物流金融服务应具备的条件及其运作模式。最后,详细分析了我国铁路货代企业在参与物流金融服务过程中可能遇到的风险,并针对如何规避和控制这些风险因素做了相关探讨提出对策。研究结论不清楚。包括最后的结论部分一并修改。
[Abstract]:At present, with the gradual development of the logistics enterprises, the internal and external environment of the railway has changed greatly, and the simple agent has been difficult to adapt to the new situation. The logistics service gradually extends to the other links of the value chain, and the logistics financial service has become an essential component of the logistics-derived service, and is the inevitable product of the combination of the logistics and the capital flow. This paper discusses the logistics financial service of railway freight forwarding agent in China from the aspects of logistics financial service model and risk identification and control. The main contents and conclusions are as follows: First, based on the relationship between the freight agent and the modern logistics, from the characteristics of the transportation of goods, the mode of transportation service, the process of enterprise development, the operation mode and the service, The development of railway freight forwarding agent enterprises in China is systematically analyzed in terms of points, industry problems and core competitiveness. Second, in combination with the external environment of Chinese railway freight forwarders, the difficulties and phases of carrying out logistics finance are put forward based on the advantages and disadvantages. Third, through the analysis of the financial model of the UPS and the intermediate storage, the present situation of the domestic and foreign logistics and financial development is compared, and the conditions and conditions for carrying out the logistics financial service of the Chinese railway freight forwarder are put forward based on the analysis. Finally, a detailed analysis of the risks that the Chinese railway freight forwarders may encounter in the process of participating in the logistics financial service is analyzed in detail, and the phases of how to avoid and control these risk factors are analyzed in detail. The paper put forward some countermeasures. The conclusions of the study are not clear.
