【摘要】:战略管理是企业针对未来环境的变化,从企业整体利益和长远利益出发,就经营目标、内部资源及其间环境的积极适应等问题进行谋划和决策,并依靠企业内部能力将其付诸实施,它既包括企业内部结构的调整,也包括企业自身调整与外界的环境关系;既要求企业要重视技术因素,也要求企业重视社会和政治方面的可变因素。进行有效的战略管理是提升企业的发展态势、提升企业生命力,以适应社会环境、市场环境及其他环境变化的积极手段。 中国东方航空股份有限公司西北公司(以下简称西北公司)是西安市地方税务局所属纳税过亿元的重点税源企业之一。在过去的几年中,连年缴纳地方税收收入过亿元,为地方经济的发展做出了突出的贡献。在未来,陕西省政府和西北民航管理局要打造以西北公司基地为核心的西安航空枢纽,同时,中国高铁的快速发展和西安国际大都市的建设为西北公司的发展提供了诸多挑战和机遇,如何迎接挑战、紧抓机遇,争取外部支持,避免企业发展困境是企业面临的重大课题。 本文运用经营战略管理的思想,对西北公司发展战略进行了系统研究。文中在对企业发展战略、竞争理论、战略联盟理论及其在实践中的运用进行阐述的基础上,广泛搜集资料,在大量翔实数据的基础上,对西北公司发展的外部环境和内部资源进行了分析,运用了SWOT分析法客观分析了企业发展面临的机遇和威胁、优势和劣势。为了找到符合西北公司实际发展的战略,运用了战略地位和行动评价图(SPEC)对东航集团的总体发展战略进行了选择。此外,根据总体战略思想对企业的主要职能战略进行了阐述,对西北公司的进一步发展提供了一种思路,希望对企业的发展有所借鉴和帮助
[Abstract]:Strategic management is for enterprises to plan and make decisions on the management objectives, internal resources and the positive adaptation of the environment in view of the changes of the future environment, from the overall and long-term interests of the enterprise, and rely on the internal capacity of the enterprise to put it into practice. It includes not only the adjustment of the internal structure of the enterprise, but also the environmental relationship between the adjustment of the enterprise itself and the outside world. Enterprises are required not only to pay attention to technical factors, but also to attach importance to social and political variables. Effective strategic management is a positive means to enhance the development trend and vitality of enterprises in order to adapt to the social environment, market environment and other environmental changes. China Eastern Airlines Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Northwest Company) is one of the key tax source enterprises belonging to Xi'an Local Taxation Bureau. In the past few years, more than 100 million yuan of local tax revenue has been paid year by year, which has made outstanding contributions to the development of local economy. In the future, Shaanxi provincial government and northwest civil aviation administration should build Xi'an aviation hub with northwest company base as the core. At the same time, the rapid development of high-speed rail in China and the construction of Xi'an international metropolis provide many challenges and opportunities for the development of northwest company. How to meet the challenge, grasp the opportunity, strive for external support, avoid the dilemma of enterprise development is an important issue for enterprises. Based on the idea of management strategy, this paper makes a systematic study on the development strategy of Northwest Company. On the basis of expounding the enterprise development strategy, competition theory, strategic alliance theory and its application in practice, this paper widely collects data, analyzes the external environment and internal resources of the development of Northwest Company on the basis of a large number of detailed and accurate data, and objectively analyzes the opportunities and threats, advantages and disadvantages faced by the enterprise development by using SWOT analysis method. In order to find the strategy in line with the actual development of Northwest Company, the strategic position and action evaluation chart (SPEC) are used to choose the overall development strategy of China Eastern Airlines Group. In addition, according to the overall strategic thought, this paper expounds the main function strategy of the enterprise, and provides a train of thought for the further development of the northwest company, hoping to draw lessons from and help the development of the enterprise.
