网约车颠覆性创新的理论与实证:以滴滴出行为例

【摘要】:网约车的出现缘于出租汽车行业供给的不足,颠覆性技术的出现则推动了这一行业的颠覆性创新。对服务前过程、载客运输过程和服务后过程的时空状态进行了深刻改变的网约车,是出租汽车行业颠覆性创新的最新成果,其对约车主体、运输服务、服务范围、约车时间、计费起点、支付时间和互动程度的时空状态的改变,助推了约车效率高、消费公开化和对现有市场具有颠覆性改变的新业态,重塑了低端出租汽车市场、创造了"专车"新市场和发展了"拼车"新市场。为降低居民出行成本,提高出租汽车行业的竞争力,应因地制宜地调整和布局网约车新业态,弱化网约车资产专用性,增加网约车服务供给。
[Abstract]:The emergence of online car hailing is due to the shortage of taxi industry supply, and the emergence of subversive technology promotes the subversive innovation of this industry. The online car hailing, which has deeply changed the space-time state of the pre-service process, the passenger transportation process and the post-service process, is the latest achievement of the subversive innovation of the taxi industry. The changes in the space-time state of the main body of the taxi industry, the transportation service, the service scope, the car-hailing time, the charging starting point, the payment time and the degree of interaction have contributed to new business type, who has high efficiency of car hailing, open consumption and subversive change to the existing market. Reshaped the low-end taxi market, created the "special car" new market and developed the "carpool" new market. In order to reduce the travel cost of residents and improve the competitiveness of taxi industry, new business type should adjust and arrange online car hailing according to local conditions, weaken the specificity of ride-hailing assets and increase the supply of ride-hailing service.
