我国WEEE的盈亏平衡与敏感性分析

【摘要】：文章分别从不考虑价格变动影响和考虑价格变动影响两个方面对废弃电器电子产品处理企业的规模经济量进行了估算,并对其进行敏感性分析,结果显示基金补贴最敏感,拆解产物价值次之,在考虑价格变动情况下年固定成本总额和单台处理成本相对敏感,相关税金最不敏感。为此建议不断完善基金补贴政策,出台鼓励回收政策,引导处理企业向细分化发展,鼓励兼并重组。
[Abstract]:The article never consider the effect of price changes and consider the impact of price changes in the two aspects of the estimation of the economies of scale of enterprises processing waste electrical and electronic products, and the sensitivity analysis was conducted. The results show that the most sensitive fund subsidies, dismantling the value of the product is second, considering the price changes in total fixed cost and single processing the cost is relatively sensitive, most insensitive related taxes. Therefore, it is suggested that the subsidy policy of the fund should be perfected continuously, the policy of encouraging recovery is introduced, the enterprises are guided to the fine differentiation and the merger and reorganization will be encouraged.
