【摘要】:全球气候变暖对人类的生存发展提出了严峻挑战,人们越来越清晰地认识到二氧化碳排放量的猛增对整个人类造成的严重威胁,而建筑业是二氧化碳的排放大户,如何促进建筑业的低碳发展,成为当今世界各国研究的热点。低碳建筑正是在这样的背景下开始备受人们的关注。对低碳建筑实行一套切实可行的分析和评价方法,将对促进低碳建筑的发展具有重要的理论和现实意义。近些年国内外对低碳建筑的研究有很多,但是从成本效益的角度对经济、环境、社会几个方面进行分析还比较少,而且在评价中对成本效益的因素考虑的也较少。本文所研究的内容正是围绕促进低碳建筑发展这一主题,重点从成本效益角度对低碳建筑进行分析,并进行评价研究。 论文首先在查阅整理大量文献资料的基础上,对低碳建筑目前在国内外的研究现状和相关理论进行了归纳提炼,通过与绿色建筑、节能建筑等建筑形式的对比,突出低碳建筑的低碳性特点。之后根据经济学相关理论和成本效益分析的特点,分别对低碳建筑的成本和效益进行了定性和定量化的分析:把建筑的碳排放量和碳排放交易等作为低碳建筑成本效益分析的重点因素考虑到定量的计算中去;对低碳建筑的全生命周期成本和增量成本进行了分析和确定;从经济、社会、环境等角度将低碳建筑的效益进行了量化分析,并对其产生的碳排放量进行了货币转化,对我国未来实行建筑的碳排放计量和计价、碳排放交易等具有一定的理论和现实意义。论文中建立的低碳建筑的评价指标,也将低碳性作为评价的重点,并对评价的原则、层次、指标的权重等进行了分析。由于低碳建筑具有“灰色系统”的特性,因此采用灰色聚类的方法对低碳建筑进行评价。最后,通过低碳建筑的实例,进行成本效益的分析与计量,并利用灰色聚类的评价来验证评价结果与实际的一致性。 论文在进行成本效益分析和评价时,充分考虑到了低碳建筑的低碳性特点,无论是在定量化的分析和最后的灰色评价中,都把碳排放量等因素考虑其中,这对我国建筑业的发展、构建低碳社会都有着较重要的理论意义和参考价值。
[Abstract]:Challenges of global warming to human survival and development, it has become increasingly clear that the serious threat of surge in carbon dioxide emissions caused by the human, and the construction industry is the emissions of carbon dioxide, low carbon development how to promote the construction industry, become the hot topic of the world. The research of low-carbon building is in this background, to much attention. To implement a set of analysis and feasible evaluation method for low carbon building, will have important theoretical and practical significance to promote the development of low carbon building. There are a lot of research on low carbon buildings at home and abroad in recent years, but from the perspective of cost and benefit to the economy. The social environment, several aspects of the analysis is still relatively small, but also in less consideration of costs and benefits factors evaluation. The content of this paper is around the promotion of low-carbon building development This topic focuses on the analysis of low carbon buildings from the cost-benefit point of view and carries out evaluation research.
First of all papers in the collection based on many literatures, the current research on low carbon buildings at home and abroad and the related theories are summarized and refined through the green building, such building in the form of low carbon low carbon building features. According to the characteristics of the related theory of economics and cost benefit analysis the low carbon building respectively on the costs and benefits of qualitative and quantitative analysis of the building: carbon emissions and carbon emissions trading as a key factor analysis of low carbon building cost considering quantitative calculation; the total life cycle costs and incremental cost of low carbon building analysis and determination; from the economic, social and environment aspects will be low-carbon building benefits of the quantitative analysis of carbon emissions and the resulting of currency conversion, the implementation of the construction of our country in the future The carbon emissions measurement and valuation, has certain theoretical and practical significance of carbon emissions trading. The evaluation index of low carbon buildings built in this paper, will also be low carbon as the focus of the evaluation, and the evaluation principle, level, index weights are analyzed. Because of the characteristics of low carbon building "grey system", so using the gray clustering method to evaluate the low carbon building. Finally, through the example of low carbon building, analysis and measurement of costs and benefits, and the use of grey clustering evaluation to verify the consistency of the evaluation results and the actual.
Based on the cost-benefit analysis and evaluation, give full consideration to the characteristics of low carbon low carbon building, both in quantitative analysis and the gray evaluation, the carbon emissions and other factors into account, the development of China's construction industry, the construction of low carbon society has a the important theoretical significance and reference value.
