【摘要】：在市场经济发展的今天，企业规模化、集团化的崛起，已经成为全球经济一体化的重要特征之一。近年来，随着世界经济浪潮的剧烈影响，更多的企业家以世界的眼光认识到，，集团化是企业发展的必然道路。企业集团的发展历程如何做到有效、可持续，如何在瞬息万变的市场中立有不败之地，企业发展的管理理念又是什么？本文将从资金管理的角度出发，通过加强资金的结算管理来整合发挥集团的规模优势，加快企业集团的发展。资金是企业集团生存与发展的血液，在企业的生产、加工、采购、销售的各个环节中，资金无处不在，运作流转于企业生存发展的全过程。在企业集团的财务管理中，资金的管理是一项重要内容，资金的结算管理是企业集团对加强资金集中的一个重要的手段和措施。本文阐述了JL集团公司资金结算管理所采用的模式，以及对当前结算管理的现状进行分析，提出了需要解决的问题及改进的措施方案，目的在于通过管理来指导工作实践，通过工作实践来发挥管理效益，进一步推动企业集团的资金结算工作，发挥资金集中管理的优势。
[Abstract]:In the market economy today, the enterprise scale, the rise of the group, has become an important feature of the global economic integration. In recent years, with the strong influence of the tide of the world economy, more and more entrepreneurs to world vision, collectivization is the inevitable road of enterprise development. The development of the enterprise how to be effective. How to have an invincible position in sustainable development, the changing market neutral, and what is the development of the enterprise management philosophy? This paper will from the perspective of financial management, by strengthening the management of funds settlement to the group is to play the advantages of scale, speed up the development of the enterprise group. The money is enterprise survival and development of the blood, in the production, processing procurement funds, everywhere all aspects of sales, operation, circulation in the whole process of the survival and development of enterprises. In the financial management of enterprise group in the capital The management is an important part of the settlement, the fund management group is to strengthen an important means and measures of centralized funds. This paper describes the JL group company financial management mode adopted, and the current situation of the settlement management are analyzed, and puts forward some measures to solve the problems and improvement scheme.
