【摘要】：商业银行支付结算服务是目前国内银行的主营业务之一，也是最为基础的银行业务。在当前商业银行的经营模式下，追求渠道创新、产品创新、风险可控，传统支付结算业务也在不断丰富自身的产品体系与产品功能，，寻找新的目标市场与业务增长点，从而助力提升商业银行的核心竞争力。国内最早的企业集团财务公司成立于1987年，经过二十余年的不断探索与发展，在近五年集团财务公司的建立呈现了规模化、标准化、综合化的特点。因此，作为一名银行从业人员，作者从本职工作出发对商业银行与集团财务公司的业务合作进行了较深入的研究与分析。本文以支付结算业务为核心，重点研究商业银行支付结算类产品在集团财务公司日常生产活动中的应用。首先，对商业银行提供的各类支付结算业务与现金管理产品进行共性分析与比较分析；其次，结合集团财务公司在支付结算、资金归集、财务管理等方面的需求与特点，探索银行包括支付结算在内的各项业务在该客户群体中的应用，其中，重点分析在电子信息化大背景下，银行电子支付结算系统集团财务公司资金管理平台相结合，能够给双方带来的共同收益。最后，本文从商业银行和财务公司两个视角分别对支付结算与现金管理业务和企业集团资金集中管理进行了趋势分析。
[Abstract]:The commercial bank payment and settlement services is one of the main business of domestic banks at present, and it is also the most basic banking services. In the current commercial bank management mode, the pursuit of channel innovation, product innovation, risk control, the traditional payment and settlement business is constantly enrich its product system and product function, find the target market and new business the point of growth, which will help enhance the core competitiveness of commercial banks.
One of the earliest enterprise group finance company was founded in 1987, through continuous exploration and development of more than twenty years, showing the scale of nearly five years in the establishment of the group finance company standardized, comprehensive. Therefore, as a staff of the bank, the author from the staff to the business cooperation between commercial banks and group the financial company is studied and analyzed deeply. Based on the payment and settlement business as the core, the application research of commercial bank payment and settlement products in the group finance company daily production activities. First of all, to provide all kinds of commercial bank payment and settlement business and cash management products are common analysis and comparative analysis; secondly, with the group finance company in the fund collection, payment and settlement, the requirements and characteristics of financial management and other aspects, including the exploration of bank payment and settlement, the business in the customer Application in the group which focuses on electronic information background, bank electronic payment and settlement system of group finance company funds management platform combined together can return to both sides. Finally, two from the perspective of commercial banks and finance companies respectively for the payment and settlement and cash management business management and centralized capital trend analysis.
