【摘要】：正促进我国注册会计师行业更好更快的发展,是建立和完善社会主义市场经济体制,促进我国经济社会持续健康发展的重要保障因素之一。为了加大对注册会计师行业的支持力度和整合力度,推动本土会计师事务所做大做强战略,全面提高国内会计师事务所的核心竞争力,财政部联合工商总局于2010年印发了《关于推动大中型会计师事务所采用特殊普通合伙组织形式的暂行规定》(以下简称《暂行规定》),此后财政部又印发了《大中型会计师事务所转制为特殊普通合伙组织形式实施细则》。其中《暂行规定》要求,
[Abstract]:It is promoting the better and faster development of the CPA profession in our country, and it is establishing and perfecting the socialist market economy system. In order to increase the support and integration of CPA industry, promote the local accounting firms to become bigger and stronger strategy. Comprehensively improve the core competitiveness of domestic accounting firms. On 2010, the Joint Administration of Industry and Commerce of the Ministry of Finance issued the interim provisions on the Promotion of large and Medium-sized Accounting firms to adopt the form of Special General Partnership (hereinafter referred to as "interim provisions"). Since then, the Ministry of Finance has issued and issued the detailed rules for the implementation of the Transformation of large and Medium-sized Accounting firms into Special General Partnership organizations.
