【摘要】:城市轨道建设目前迎来了高速发展的机遇。作为城市轨道建设的主要工法——盾构法,其具有隧道安全稳定、施工进度快、机械自动化程度高以及对周围建筑物、地层扰动小等优点,是在城市轨道建设中采用较多的施工方法,但由于其造价昂贵,在一定程度上制约了交通问题的解决及城市地下空间的利用。如何有效地对盾构施工成本进行管理,是当前城市轨道建设必须认真面对的课题。 目前我国城市轨道建设行业尤其是盾构施工行业中,成本管理方法——双向增值法还处于起步阶段,有必要在理论和实践的高度上将双向增值法应用于盾构施工并更进一步推广,促进各企业自觉熟练应用双向增值法进行成本管理,为盾构施工企业提高核心竞争力提供有力的支持和帮助。 本文介绍了双向增值法理论和盾构施工成本管理中存在的问题,分析了双向增值法理论对于盾构施工成本管理的必要性和可行性,构建了双向增值法成本管理体系,并选择北京市地铁9号线x标盾构区间作为实例并将分析的结果实际应用在企业管理中,成本信息比较准确、可行,有效的改进了业务流程,提高了工作效率,提出了具体的管理措施,从而为我国盾构施工在进行成本管理方面提供了一个新的选择,并在最后进行了总结和展望。 本文的创新点在于将双向增值法理论应用到盾构施工企业管理的实践中,对盾构施工企业进行了内外价值链的全方位分析,为盾构施工企业从企业发展战略、企业组织结构、工作流程改善、成本核算管理理论方法等提供具体的理论支持和帮助,并提出具体的改进措施。此外,针对盾构施工成本进行了详细的作业法计算和分析,本次计算过程和成本数据可以为一般盾构施工企业成本控制和投标提供参考。
[Abstract]:City rail construction is ushered in the opportunity of rapid development. As the main method of city rail construction, shield method, which has the stability and safety of the tunnel construction, high speed, high degree of automation and the surrounding buildings, the advantages of small ground disturbance, is the construction method is more used in city rail construction, but because of its cost expensive, to a certain extent restricted the use of traffic problems and the city underground space. How to effectively manage the shield construction cost, is the current city rail construction must face the issue.
At present the industry city rail transit construction in China especially the shield construction industry, cost management method, two-way value-added method is still in the initial stage, it is necessary in the application of high value-added, two-way law theory and practice in the shield construction and further promotion, promote the enterprise consciously and skillfully apply two-way value-added method the cost management, to provide strong support and help for the construction enterprises to improve their core competitiveness.
This paper introduces the theory and method of bi-directional value-added shield construction problems in the cost management, analyzes the method of bidirectional appreciation theory for the necessity and feasibility of construction cost management, construction of bidirectional value-added cost management system, and select the Beijing City Metro Line 9 x shield interval as an example and analysis of the actual results the application in the enterprise management, cost information is accurate, feasible and effective to improve business processes, improve work efficiency, put forward specific management measures, so as to shield construction in China in the aspects of cost management provides a new choice, and finally summarized and prospects.
The innovation of this thesis is the method of bidirectional appreciation theory applied to the practice of management of shield construction enterprises, to shield construction enterprises conducted a comprehensive analysis of the internal and external value chain, for the construction enterprises in the enterprise development strategy, organization structure, process improvement, cost management theory and method to provide specific theoretical support and help, and put forward the improvement measures. In addition, the shield construction costs of the operation method of detailed calculation and analysis, the calculation process and cost data can provide a reference for the general construction enterprise cost control and bidding.
