【摘要】：正2012年4月1日《事业单位财务规则》(财政部令第68号,以下简称《规则》)正式施行。《规则》是事业单位财务制度体系中的基本制度,是制定行业财务制度及事业单位内部财务管理办法的依据,因此新《规则》发布后,高校、中小学、科学、文化、文物、体育等各行业事业单位财务制度都根据新《规则》的规定进行了修订完善。
