【摘要】:近年来,随着全球经济性的日益严峻,我国药品零售业的竞争也越来越白热化,医药连锁配送企业存在药品种类繁多、药品配送频率较高、缺货成本高等配送难题,这些问题使医药连锁配送企业的物流配送变得更加困难。因此,如何让医药连锁配送企业的物流配送管理更加有效,如何使企业物流配送成本最大限度地降低,成为医药连锁配送企业维系正常运营和谋求发展的关键。 连锁配送企业被称为现代流通体系的两大标志之一,对连锁配送企业的物流成本进行控制,将是连锁配送企业谋求发展新思路的最佳选择。从商流方面来讲,它开创了商业界新的流通渠道,另外,从物流方面讲,它确立了新的物流运作方式。对连锁配送企业的物流成本进行控制,开拓“第三利润源”,将是连锁配送企业突破发展瓶颈、谋求新发展的良好选择。然而,随着近年来药品零售业竞争的日益加剧和企业盈利能力的不断降低,医药连锁配送企业也已经意识到提升企业经营管理水平的重要性。医药连锁配送企业有着不同于其他行业的流通特点:药品种类繁多、药品配送频率较高、缺货成本特别高等,这些特点都在一定程度上加强了医药连锁配送企业物流配送的难度。因此,如何加强、优化企业的医药连锁配送企业的物流配送管理,最大限度地降低企业物流配送成本,创造企业“第三利润源泉”,成为医药连锁配送企业维系生存和谋求发展的关键。 本文首先分析了我国医药行业的现状以及发展过程,和西方发达国家的各个方面进行了对比,得出我国目前医药行业的成本相对比较高,物流成本占比比较大,为了提高利润,降低物流成本势在必行。接着选取了医药连锁配送企业为研究对象,分析了其成本的主要组成部分以及影响因素,针对行业的特殊性对医药连锁配送企业流成本控制的框架进行分析,分别在采购环节和配送环节对物流成本进行双重约束控制,并得出相关结论。最后,构建了多目标模优化型和节约里程优化模型,同时以实证分析说明了模型的应用。该研究旨在提高企业配送效率,节约配送成本,为医药连锁企业物流配送提供了科学依据。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the increasingly severe global economy, the competition in the pharmaceutical retail industry in China is becoming more and more intense. There are many kinds of drugs in pharmaceutical chain distribution enterprises, and the frequency of drug distribution is higher. These problems make the logistics distribution of pharmaceutical chain distribution enterprises more difficult. Therefore, how to make the logistics distribution management of pharmaceutical chain distribution enterprises more effective. How to minimize the cost of logistics distribution becomes the key to maintain the normal operation and development of pharmaceutical chain distribution enterprises. Chain distribution enterprises are known as one of the two symbols of modern circulation system. To control the logistics costs of chain distribution enterprises will be the best choice for chain distribution enterprises to seek new ideas for development. It opens up a new circulation channel in the business world, in addition, it establishes a new logistics operation mode from the aspect of logistics, controls the logistics cost of the chain distribution enterprise, and exploits "the third profit source". It will be a good choice for chain distribution enterprises to break through the bottleneck of development and seek new development. However, with the increasing competition of pharmaceutical retailing in recent years and the declining profitability of enterprises. Pharmaceutical chain distribution enterprises have also realized the importance of improving the level of business management. Pharmaceutical chain distribution enterprises have different circulation characteristics from other industries: there are many kinds of drugs and the frequency of drug distribution is high. The shortage cost is especially high, these characteristics have strengthened the difficulty of logistics distribution of pharmaceutical chain distribution enterprises to a certain extent. Therefore, how to strengthen and optimize the logistics distribution management of pharmaceutical chain distribution enterprises. To reduce the cost of logistics distribution and create the "third profit source" is the key to the survival and development of pharmaceutical chain distribution enterprises. This paper first analyzes the current situation and development process of the pharmaceutical industry in China, and compares with the various aspects of the western developed countries, and draws the conclusion that the cost of the pharmaceutical industry in China is relatively high at present. Logistics costs account for a large proportion, in order to improve profits, reduce logistics costs is imperative. Then selected the pharmaceutical chain distribution enterprises as the research object, analyzed the main components of their costs and impact factors. According to the particularity of the industry, the framework of flow cost control in pharmaceutical chain distribution enterprises is analyzed, and the logistics cost is controlled by double constraints in the procurement and distribution links, and the relevant conclusions are drawn. The multi-objective model optimization model and mileage saving optimization model are constructed, and the application of the model is illustrated by empirical analysis. The purpose of this study is to improve the efficiency of enterprise distribution and save distribution costs. It provides scientific basis for logistics distribution of pharmaceutical chain enterprises.
