我国西部高等院校筹资理论应用研究

【摘要】：高等教育办学经费不足一直是高等院校面临的普遍问题,并在一定程度上制约了高校的快速发展及壮大。尤其是地处于相对落后的西部高校,办学资金短缺问题就显得更加明显了。本文通过大量文献及实证数据,对我国西部地区高等院校的办学经费问题进行了深入的分析,并在掌握了造成西部高校办学经费困难原因的基础上,提出了西部高校筹资的一些办法和措施。以期对高校筹资的理论及实践方面有所贡献。
[Abstract]:The lack of funds for running higher education has always been a common problem faced by colleges and universities, and to a certain extent has restricted the rapid development and expansion of colleges and universities, especially in the relatively backward western colleges and universities. The shortage of funds for running a school is even more obvious. Based on a large number of literature and empirical data, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the problem of running a university in the western region of China. On the basis of mastering the reasons for the difficulties in running schools in western universities, this paper puts forward some methods and measures for raising funds in western colleges and universities in order to contribute to the theory and practice of raising funds for colleges and universities.
