煤电产业价格链协调关系的经济分析模型

【摘要】：煤炭在我国能源结构中地位非常重要,近年来,我国煤炭资源消费量首次达到全球煤炭消费总量的一半,煤炭资源供应的稳定与否对我国能源安全有着重要的影响,尤其是在发电行业,在我国,发电企业每年消耗的煤炭资源几乎占到了煤炭消耗总量的70%以上。因此,研究煤炭价格波动对发电企业的影响意义重大,如何协调好煤电企业之间价格传导关系,平衡好煤电企业之间的发展关系,对我国的经济发展和能源安全都有重要的意义。 本文深入研究了我国的煤炭市场环境,包括煤炭资源储量特点、煤炭分布情况、煤炭基地建设情况、煤炭供应链调运平衡以及煤炭价格演变机制等方面,充分介绍了我国煤炭资源的开发利用情况以及对煤炭资源合理利用的规划情况。其次,重点研究了电力用煤现状,在分析电力工业煤耗及其发电成本的基础上,对近年来我国动力煤的供需情况进行了研究,计算了我国动力煤供需缺口,在这一数据分析基础上,利用灰色回归模型对我国动力煤价格进行了预测。最后,构建了煤炭价格波动对发电企业成本变动分析模型和对发电上网电价影响分析模型,并在对煤炭价格影响因素分析的基础上,初步构建了煤电价格链协调关系的系统动力学模型,将煤电价格传导子系统放在整个宏观经济中进行了研究。
[Abstract]:The position of coal in China's energy structure is very important, in recent years, the amount of consumption of coal resources in China for the first time to reach half the global total coal consumption, coal supply is stable or not on China's energy security has an important effect, especially in the power industry, power generation enterprises in China, the annual consumption of coal resources almost accounted for more than 70% of the total coal consumption. Therefore, the research of coal price fluctuations on the impact of power generation enterprises of great significance, how to coordinate the relationship between the price of coal enterprises, the development of good balance between coal enterprises, have important significance for China's economic development and energy security.
