【摘要】：随着现代企业规模的不断发展与变革,全面预算管理已成为企业的支柱,它推动了企业发展的同时也使企业提高了内部管控,规范企业活动,理论界和实业界对这种管控方法有着一致好评。现代企业正在思考怎样利用全面预算管理方法来使企业高效运转,增强利润效益。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development and transformation of the scale of modern enterprises, comprehensive budget management has become the pillar of enterprises, which not only promotes the development of enterprises, but also makes enterprises improve their internal control and regulate their activities.The theorists and the business community have a consistent praise for this method of management and control.Modern enterprises are thinking about how to use the method of total budget management to make enterprises run efficiently and enhance profit efficiency.
