【摘要】：近年来基于价值的管理思想在全球内得到了广泛的传播,国资委在国有资产管理上也越来越重视对价值创造的管理,注重引导国有企业向价值导向的发展模式转变。煤炭行业是我国的基础性行业,关系到国民经济的发展和社会的稳定,随着煤炭市场改革的不断深入,煤炭市场充分竞争的格局已经形成。由于国内煤炭资源分布不均衡、竞争对手实力强劲、矿难事故频发,煤矿的经营面临着严峻的挑战。煤炭生产企业要想实现长足发展必须转变发展模式和管理思想。本文以煤矿的价值为核心,基于煤炭企业的生产经营特点,从GQ煤矿的价值特性入手,研究和分析GQ煤矿各作业的价值。首先从价值管理的基本理论着手,对价值内涵进行了全面的界定,明确了煤矿的价值定位和价值导向；其次,在GQ煤矿价值特性分析的基础上,对GQ煤矿各作业的价值进行了研究,得到了GQ煤矿作业价值框架,总结出了当前煤矿价值管理存在的问题。再次,针对这些价值管理上的问题,搭建了GQ煤矿价值管理体系的基本框架。本文的研究结论不仅为GQ煤矿价值管理体系的建设工作研究奠定了理论基础,同时也对其他矿井型企业价值管理体系的建设起到理论和思路上的指导作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, Value-based management has been widely spread in the world, and SASAC has paid more and more attention to the management of value creation in the management of state-owned assets, and has focused on guiding the state-owned enterprises to change to value-oriented development mode.Coal industry is the basic industry of our country, which is related to the development of national economy and the stability of society. With the deepening of coal market reform, the pattern of full competition in coal market has been formed.Because of the uneven distribution of domestic coal resources, strong competitors and frequent mine accidents, coal mine management is facing severe challenges.Coal production enterprises must change their development mode and management thought if they want to achieve great development.Taking the value of coal mine as the core, based on the characteristics of production and management of coal enterprises, this paper starts with the value characteristics of GQ coal mine, and studies and analyzes the value of each operation of GQ coal mine.Firstly, it defines the value connotation from the basic theory of value management, and defines the value orientation and value orientation of coal mine. Secondly, based on the analysis of value characteristics of GQ coal mine,This paper studies the value of each operation in GQ coal mine, obtains the value framework of the operation in GQ coal mine, and summarizes the problems existing in the value management of coal mine at present.Thirdly, the basic framework of GQ coal mine value management system is set up in view of these value management problems.The conclusions of this paper not only lay a theoretical foundation for the construction of value management system in GQ coal mine, but also play a theoretical and ideological role in guiding the construction of value management system in other mining enterprises.
