农产品批发市场物流成本分析与方法应用

【摘要】：农产品与我们每个人的生活息息相关。但是现在我国农产品传统模式普遍存在着流通环节多、途中损耗大、交易效率低、物流成本高等问题。学术界对于物流理论成本控制的研究,大多数是针对工业企业,由于农产品的特殊属性使得很多理论普适性很低。从实际问题出发,分析农产品流通中存在的问题,对于减少不必要的损失降低成本提高经济效益,提高农产品附加值增加农民收入,稳定农产品物价具有重要的指导意义。 农产品批发市场模式是我国最普遍的一种农产品流通模式,因此,本文以农产品批发商为切入点,站在农产品批发商的角度深入分析了农产品物流模式、农产品批发市场的作用、存在的一些问题,并根据农产品、农产品物流的特性建立了传统物流成本核算模型,分析了这种方法的优缺点,并提出了作业成本法。在此基础上选取了玉环水果批发市场中一个摊位商为分析对象,分别应用这两种核算方法计算农产品物流成本,并将两者的计算结果进行对比分析,实际数据表明作业成本法核算的农产品物流成本更能准确反映实际物流成本。 最后通过两种核算方法的分析,得出实施作业成本法和降低农产品物流的一些建议措施。虽然现在在农产品批发市场中推广作业成本法还存在着一些问题,但是仍然有其可行性和优越性,通过验证本文提出的模型在理论是科学的,在实践中是可行的。
[Abstract]:Agricultural products are closely related to the lives of each of us. However, there are many problems in the traditional mode of agricultural products in our country, such as many circulation links, great loss on the way, low transaction efficiency, high logistics cost and so on. The research of logistics theory cost control in academic circles is mostly aimed at industrial enterprises, because of the special property of agricultural products, many theories have low universality. Based on the practical problems, it is of great significance to analyze the problems existing in the circulation of agricultural products, to reduce unnecessary losses, to reduce costs, to increase economic benefits, to increase the added value of agricultural products and to increase farmers' income, and to stabilize the prices of agricultural products. The wholesale market model of agricultural products is the most common agricultural product circulation mode in our country. Therefore, this paper takes the agricultural product wholesaler as the starting point, and analyzes the agricultural product logistics mode from the perspective of the agricultural product wholesaler. According to the characteristics of agricultural products and agricultural products logistics, the traditional logistics cost accounting model is established, the advantages and disadvantages of this method are analyzed, and the activity-based costing method is put forward. On this basis, a stall vendor in Yuhuan Fruit Wholesale Market is selected as the object of analysis. The two accounting methods are used to calculate the logistics cost of agricultural products respectively, and the results of the two calculations are compared and analyzed. The actual data show that the cost of agricultural product logistics based on activity-based costing can reflect the actual logistics cost more accurately. Finally, through the analysis of two kinds of accounting methods, some suggestions on implementing activity-based costing and reducing agricultural product logistics are obtained. Although there are still some problems in popularizing activity-based costing in the wholesale market of agricultural products, it still has its feasibility and superiority. The model proposed in this paper is scientific in theory and feasible in practice.
