钢铁产品存货账务自动核算系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：为解决武汉钢铁(集团)公司产品存货账务处理中存在的工序复杂、数据实时性差和人工干预因素多等问题,在整体产销资讯系统中,建立了钢铁产品存货账务自动核算系统。利用生产存货异动记录管理、生产存货核算对象记录、生产存货核算逻辑控制和存货核算启动功能模块,实现了产品基础物流数据自动采集和核算的实时自动启动,产品基础物流数据就源自动采集,物流数据和抛账信息数据自动转换以及存货账务逻辑控制自动核算、记账和抛账等功能,为公司绩效管理提供了真实、准确、及时的数据信息。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problems of complicated working procedure, poor real time data and many factors of manual intervention, an automatic accounting system for inventory accounting of iron and steel products was established in the whole production and marketing information system of Wuhan Iron & Steel (Group) Company. Using the production inventory transaction record management, the production inventory accounting object record, the production inventory accounting logic control and the inventory accounting starting function module, realized the product basic logistics data automatic collection and the accounting real-time automatic start. The functions of automatic collection of product basic material flow data, automatic conversion of logistics data and transaction information data, automatic accounting of inventory account logic control, bookkeeping and selling account provide real and accurate performance management for the company.
