日照市中小型外贸企业国际贸易融资研究

【摘要】：近年来，日照市中小型外贸企业在进出口贸易中取得了显著的成绩，在促进经济持续健康发展、推动产业技术改革创新、增加区域就业机会和维护本地区的社会稳定等方面做出了突出的贡献。然而随着中小企业的崛起，资金匮乏已经逐渐成为制约日照市中小型外贸企业发展的瓶颈。本文试图通过问卷调查,对日照市中小型外贸企业的融资难状况进行研究，以帮助其寻找解决融资难的对策，从而实现推进日照市中小型外贸企业快速发展的目标。 文章的第一部分为绪论，，介绍了研究的背景和意义、文献综述、研究的内容、研究方法和分析框架等。在研究方法上，本文主要采用了文献资料法和调查问卷研究法.通过查阅文献和实际调研，既对国内外已有的贸易融资理论有了深刻的认识，也对日照市中小型外贸企业国际贸易融资的现状有了更深入的了解，从而为本论文的写作提供了丰富的数据来源。 第二部分是本文的理论基础,概述了中小型外贸企业国际贸易融资，主要对中小企业的定义、中小型外贸企业的定义、地位、发展现状和作用进行了详细的探讨，进一步论证了有关国际贸易融资的概念以及中小型外贸企业国际贸易融资的必要性。 第三部分通过调查日照市中小型外贸企业的国际贸易融资现状，指出其发展中存在的问题和原因。 调查中发现，日照市中小型外贸企业普遍面临资金紧张的局面,而且这些企业有比较强烈的融资需求,融资额度也比较高。同时，日照市中小型外贸企业缺乏保护其发展的法律法规，缺乏专业的国际贸易融资人才，从金融机构获得贷款的手续较为繁琐、难度也比较高。 调查结果表明，日照市中小型外贸企业融资难的主要原因是企业的信用评级无法达到银行标准、银行和担保机构服务意识差、手续繁杂以及缺乏相应的政策扶持。 第四部分结合国内和日照市中小型外贸企业国际贸易融资问题的现状，以日照市为例，有针对性地提出解决日照市中小型外贸企业国际贸易融资的对策。 第五部分为本文的主要研究结论。该部分对全文作了简单的回顾，并概述了解决日照市中小型外贸企业融资难的对策，这些研究对改善日照市中小型外贸企业融资难的状况有一定的意义。
[Abstract]:In recent years, small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises in Rizhao City have made remarkable achievements in import and export trade, promoting sustained and healthy economic development and promoting industrial and technological reform and innovation. Regional employment opportunities and the maintenance of social stability in the region to make outstanding contributions. However, with the rise of small and medium-sized enterprises, lack of funds has gradually become a bottleneck restricting the development of small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises in Rizhao. This paper attempts to study the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises in Rizhao City through questionnaire investigation in order to help them find solutions to the financing difficulties so as to achieve the goal of promoting the rapid development of small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises in Rizhao City. The first part is the introduction, which introduces the background and significance of the research, literature review, research content, research methods and analytical framework. In the research method, this paper mainly adopts the literature method and the questionnaire research method. Through consulting literature and actual investigation, we have gained a deep understanding of the existing trade financing theories at home and abroad, as well as a deeper understanding of the current situation of international trade financing for small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises in Rizhao. Therefore, it provides abundant data sources for the writing of this thesis. The second part is the theoretical basis of this paper, summarizes the international trade financing of small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises, mainly discusses the definition of small and medium-sized enterprises, the definition of small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises, the status, the status quo and the role of small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises. The concept of international trade financing and the necessity of international trade financing for small and medium foreign trade enterprises are further demonstrated. The third part points out the problems and causes in the development of Rizhao small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises by investigating the current situation of international trade financing. The investigation found that Rizhao small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises generally face the situation of capital shortage, and these enterprises have a relatively strong financing needs, financing quota is also relatively high. At the same time, Rizhao small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises lack of laws and regulations to protect their development, lack of professional international trade financing personnel, the procedures for obtaining loans from financial institutions are more cumbersome and difficult. The results show that the main reasons for the difficulty in financing Rizhao small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises are that the credit rating of Rizhao is not up to the bank standard, the service consciousness of banks and guarantee institutions is poor, the procedures are complicated and the corresponding policy support is lacking. The fourth part combines the domestic and Rizhao small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprise international trade financing present situation, takes the Rizhao city as an example, puts forward the countermeasure which solves the Rizhao small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprise international trade financing pertinently. The fifth part is the main conclusion of this paper. This part makes a brief review of the full text and summarizes the countermeasures to solve the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises in Rizhao. These studies have certain significance to improve the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises in Rizhao City.
