A管道公司库存管理优化研究

【摘要】:在企业生产经营活动中,成本是影响企业经济效益的重要因素,在众多成本项目中,库存成本占有相当大的比重。如果库存储备不当,轻者会增加企业的生产经营成本,重者会抑制企业的发展,甚至导致企业资金周转不开,造成企业倒闭的恶果。如果库存状况良好,则能够加快资金的周转速度,提高资金的使用效率,增加投资收益。 A管道公司是一个专业的天然气管道运输企业,虽然运营时间不长,但其库存管理已经暴露出许多问题,比如库存管理观念落后、采购周期长和库存成本高。本文针对这些问题,以A管道公司库存管理优化为题展开研究。首先对A管道公司进行走访调查,总结了公司库存管理的现状,发现了其中存在的问题并剖析其原因;其次对库存物资进行了分类优化,针对重要性很高的Ⅰ类物资建立了基于设备寿命分布函数的库存模型,为重要性次之的Ⅱ类物资选择了经济订货批量模型和(Q,,R)库存补给策略,并分别进行了实例分析;然后制定了公司库存管理优化的总体框架,涵盖库存管理优化的目标、指导思想和原则;最后针对公司库存管理存在的问题,从树立正确的库存管理观念、加强供应商管理、完善信息系统和强化物资保管等几方面提出了库存管理优化的措施。
[Abstract]:In the production and operation of enterprises, the cost is an important factor that affects the economic benefits of enterprises. Among the many cost items, the inventory cost accounts for a large proportion. If the stock reserve is not proper, the lighter will increase the production and operation cost of the enterprise, the heavy one will restrain the development of the enterprise, and even lead to the capital flow of the enterprise not to open, which will result in the bad result of the enterprise closing down. If the inventory is in good condition, it can speed up the turnover of funds, improve the efficiency of the use of funds, and increase the return on investment. A pipeline company is a professional natural gas pipeline transportation company, although the operation time is not long, but its inventory management has exposed many problems, such as backward concept of inventory management, long procurement cycle and high inventory cost. In order to solve these problems, this paper focuses on the optimization of A pipeline company's inventory management. First of all, the A pipeline company to visit the survey, summed up the current situation of the company's inventory management, found the existing problems and analyze the reasons; Secondly, the inventory model based on the equipment life distribution function is established for the highly important class I materials, and the economic order batch model and (Q1) are selected for the second class of important materials. R) inventory resupply strategy, and the examples are analyzed. Then, the overall framework of inventory management optimization is established, which covers the objectives, guiding ideology and principles of inventory management optimization. Finally, aiming at the problems existing in the inventory management of the company, this paper puts forward some measures to optimize the inventory management from the following aspects: establishing the correct concept of inventory management, strengthening the management of suppliers, perfecting the information system and strengthening the storage of goods and materials.
