高职师范案例教学存在的问题及提升策略探究

【摘要】:文章通过调研,采用调查问卷、访谈和观察等调查方式,结合黑龙江省农垦职业学院的案例教学发展状况,探索了案例教学在高职师范专业中运用的效果、存在的问题及相应的策略。研究发现,当前高职师范案例教学存在课程案例资源不足、针对性不强、教师缺乏引导技巧、案例教学角色定位不准、案例教学实施缺乏良好的实施环境等问题。为此需要采取相应策略,科学选择适合师范教学的案例,积极构建师范类课程案例库;多渠道完善案例教学引导技巧,做好案例教学角色转换;精心创设案例教学最佳环境,促使案例教学达到预期的效果。
[Abstract]:Through investigation, questionnaire, interview and observation, combined with the development of case teaching in Heilongjiang Agricultural Reclamation Vocational College, this paper explores the effect of case teaching in higher vocational college. Existing problems and corresponding strategies. It is found that there are some problems in the case teaching in higher vocational colleges, such as the shortage of curriculum case resources, the lack of pertinence, the lack of guiding skills, the misorientation of the role of case teaching, and the lack of a good implementation environment for the implementation of case teaching. Therefore, it is necessary to adopt the corresponding strategies, scientifically select the cases suitable for normal teaching, actively construct the case base of normal courses, improve the guiding skills of case teaching through many channels, and do a good job of changing the role of case teaching. To create the best case teaching environment, and to promote the case teaching to achieve the desired results.
