运煤输电度电成本对比分析及临界距离研究

【摘要】:随着我国煤炭需求的旺盛,煤炭运输紧张局面会不断加剧,导致原本薄弱的煤运通道仍然是制约我国能源乃至国民经济发展的瓶颈。随着煤电转化和电力传输的技术进步,为实现煤炭运输方式多元化提供了可选空间。在长距离输电技术可行的前提下,能源输送将形成两大运输系统:一是运煤系统,即煤炭交通运输系统,由铁路、公路和港口构成;二是输电系统,即煤发电传输系统,由坑口电厂和长距离输电网构成。根据社会经济的发展、环保要求的提升以及各种外部因素的变化,本论文将界定新的基础边界条件,从经济、可靠和环境三方面对运煤输电方式整个环节进行全面的科学比较和论证,并分析其临界距离及敏感性函数。最后提出合理的方案选择建议和意见。
[Abstract]:With the exuberant demand of coal in our country, the tense situation of coal transportation will continue to intensify, which leads to the weak coal transportation channel is still the bottleneck restricting the development of energy and even the national economy in our country. With the technical progress of coal-electricity transformation and power transmission, it provides an optional space for realizing the diversification of coal transportation mode. On the premise that long-distance transmission technology is feasible, energy transmission will form two major transport systems: one is the coal transportation system, that is, the coal transportation system, which is composed of railway, highway and port; The second is transmission system, that is, coal power transmission system, which is composed of Kengkou power plant and long distance transmission network. Based on the socio-economic development, the promotion of environmental protection requirements and the changes of various external factors, this paper will define the new basic boundary conditions from the economy, In the aspects of reliability and environment, the whole link of coal transport transmission mode is scientifically compared and demonstrated, and its critical distance and sensitivity function are analyzed. Finally, some reasonable suggestions and suggestions are put forward.
