【摘要】：正平衡计分卡是一个研究"挣钱"问题的理论,企业中所有的活动最终都要指向财务层面的利润。以CFO为首的财务管理团队要帮助每个业务部门和职能部门的经理人找到其活动与利润之间的关系。2004年6月,我和妻子孙薇博士翻译的《平衡计分卡:化战略为行动》出版。该书是由全球知名管理会计专家、哈佛商学院会计与管理系罗伯特·卡普兰教授和咨询顾问大卫·诺顿所著,是管理会计领域具有里程碑意义的经典著作。令我没有想到的是,这本书的出版成为我个人职业生涯发展的里程碑,我因此为许多企业和组织提供了平衡计
[Abstract]:Positive balanced scorecard is a theory to study the problem of "making money". All the activities in the enterprise ultimately point to the profit at the financial level. The financial management team, led by CFO, helps managers in each business and functional department find the relationship between their activities and profits. In June 2004, my wife, Dr. Sun Wei, translated the balanced Scorecard: strategy for Action. The book, written by Robert Kaplan, a world-renowned management accounting expert and professor of accounting and management at Harvard Business School, and consultant David Norton, is a landmark classic in the field of management accounting. To my surprise, the publication of this book became a milestone in my personal career, and I provided a balance for many enterprises and organizations.
