【摘要】：随着重庆经济的快速发展，重庆市政府对旅游业发展也愈来愈重视。发展旅游业，不仅对调整产业结构，促进经济转型升级有重要的推动作用，更是缩小城乡差距，促进城乡统筹的有效途径。重庆市旅游业经过多年的快速发展，产业规模不断壮大，2010年，重庆旅游总收入达到917亿元，旅游业已经成为国民经济中一个重要产业。伴随着旅游业的蓬勃发展趋势，测算旅游业的贡献已成为非常紧迫的课题，而如何科学、全面地去测算就显得尤其重要。目前的国民账户统计体系中，旅游业并不是一个独立的经济部门，现有的统计指标同样也不能全面反映其真实情况。因此，如何寻求一个科学的方法来测算出我市旅游产业的贡献，将对全面认识旅游业的地位和作用有非常突出的意义。本文通过重庆市2011年旅游花费调查所获得的数据，结合重庆市2007年投入产出表，研究重庆旅游业增加值的测算方法，并通过投入产出模型分析旅游业对国民经济的影响力和对就业的促进力。投入产出模型是用于分析经济体系中各个产业之间的关联效应，衡量各个产业部门之间消耗和分配的相互依存关系的有效工具。本文首先对TSA-RMF中关于旅游业增加值核算的内容进行整理，界定出旅游业增加值的一般概念，然后结合重庆市现有的数据条件，探讨进行重庆市旅游业增加值核算所需的产品和生产活动分类，并进而提出重庆市旅游业增加值核算的方法和步骤，最后，运用可获取的数据，计算出2011年重庆市旅游业增加值。具体的篇章结构如下。第一章绪论，本章主要内容有四个方面，，①本文的研究背景和意义，简述旅游业发展的时代背景和发展旅游业的重要性；②国内外研究现状，阐述国内外目前对旅游业增加值测算的研究情况；③对旅游业概念界定，本节从本文研究的角度对相关概念做了界定；④介绍本文的主要内容和创新点。第二章是对旅游业研究理论的介绍，主要介绍了旅游卫星账户、投入产出法和因子分析法。第三章是旅游业增加值测算，本章测算了2011年重庆市旅游业增加值的数值。第四章是旅游业对经济影响的分析，本章主要采用投入产出法分析旅游业对国民经济的影响力和对就业的促进力。第五章是重庆市旅游业综合发展水平因子分析，本章通过对全国范围内各地区的旅游业发展水平进行因子分析，最后对重庆市旅游业在全国水平的地位和优势进行针对性的评价。第六章是结论及政策建议，本章主要根据前面对旅游业增加值测算的结果和分析提出重庆市旅游业发展的策略。
[Abstract]:With the rapid economic development of Chongqing, the Chongqing municipal government is paying more and more attention to the development of the tourism industry. The development of the tourism industry, not only to adjust the industrial structure, promote economic restructuring and upgrading an important role, is to narrow the gap between urban and rural, urban and rural areas. The effective way to promote Chongqing city tourism industry after years of rapid development, the scale of the industry continue to grow, in 2010, Chongqing total tourism revenue reached 91 billion 700 million yuan, the tourism industry has become an important industry in the national economy. The vigorous development trend along with the tourism industry, the tourism industry estimates contribution has become a very urgent issue, and how to scientifically and comprehensively, to measure it is particularly important to the national accounts statistics system at present. In the tourism industry is not an independent sector of the economy, existing statistical index also can not fully reflect the real situation. Therefore, how to find a scientific method To calculate the contribution of the tourism industry in our city will be of great significance to the overall understanding of the status and role of the tourism industry.
This paper takes the investigation of the data from the 2011 Chongqing city tourism, Chongqing city with the input-output table of 2007, increase the calculation method of value research of Chongqing tourism industry, and through the input-output model to analyze the tourism influence on the national economy and to promote the capacity of employment. Input output model is used to analyze the relationship between the effects of the various industrial economic system the consumption between the effective tool to measure the various industrial sectors and mutual dependency relation distribution. Firstly, finishing of TSA-RMF on tourism value added accounting content, defines the general concept of value increase of the tourism industry, and then combined with the existing data of Chongqing City, Chongqing city and the added value of tourism products the classification of production activities required by accounting, and then puts forward Chongqing city tourism value accounting methods and procedures, finally, using the available number According to this, the value added in the tourism industry of Chongqing in 2011 was calculated. The specific text structure is as follows.
The first chapter is the introduction, this chapter mainly consists of four aspects: firstly, the research background and significance, the importance of the development of the tourism industry background and the development of tourism; the research status at home and abroad, discussed at home and abroad on the added value of tourism research estimates; the tourism concept, this section from the point of this study defines the related concepts; introduce the main contents and innovations of this paper. The second chapter is the study of tourism theory introduction, mainly introduces the tourism satellite account, input-output method and factor analysis method. The third chapter is tourism added value calculation, numerical calculation in this chapter in Chongqing in 2011 city tourism added value. The fourth chapter is the analysis of the economic impact of the tourism industry, this chapter mainly uses the input-output method to analysis the tourism influence on the national economy and to promote the capacity of employment. The fifth chapter is Chongqing Factor analysis of city tourism comprehensive development level, this chapter through the various regions of the country within the scope of the tourism development level factor analysis, finally the position and advantages of Chongqing city tourism industry at the national level for the evaluation. The sixth chapter is the conclusion and policy suggestions, this chapter mainly according to the added value of tourism the calculation results and analysis of Chongqing tourism development strategy.
