山西旅游产业链整合研究

【摘要】:近些年,随着山西经济转型的步伐加快,旅游业在山西经济中的贡献不断突出,并呈现蓬勃发展的势头。然而山西旅游业在发展的同时存在许多问题,如产业结构不合理,旅游业各环节未形成完整的联接等。如何把山西旅游业各个环节之间的资源整合起来,促进山西旅游产业整体竞争力提升,是当前需要解决的重要课题。 本文主要以如何促进山西省旅游产业链整合为中心内容,运用钻石理论模型定量、定性分析当前山西旅游产业发展的现状,同时对山西旅游产业链的产品整合、价值整合、知识整合进行探索比较并得出价值整合是山西旅游产业发展的最优策略。在理论部分的综述中,通过对产业链整合理论的把握,将旅游产业链整合的研究成果进行梳理归纳,列出山西旅游产业链整合研究的分析框架;在旅游业的发展现状部分,运用钻石理论模型分析山西旅游产业的发展现状,并指出其中存在的主要问题;在产业链整合路径分析部分,主要运用产业链整合理论对山西省旅游产业进行规范分析;在策略选择部分,通过前面章节的分析,结合山西旅游产业的实际情况,提出促进山西旅游产业链价值整合的策略选择。 通过研究表明:山西拥有丰富的旅游文化资源,加之全省转型发展战略提供的良好机遇,山西旅游业具有巨大的发展潜力。针对当前山西旅游业竞争力弱、旅游各环节分散等问题,本文通过旅游产业链整合路径的分析,指出产品整合在山西应用的局限性以及知识整合在山西实现的障碍,确定选择价值整合的有效性,进而提出实现旅游各环节的价值创造、衔接各环节的利益分配机制以及政府的保障措施等价值整合的具体策略。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the accelerated pace of economic transformation in Shanxi Province, the tourism industry in the economy of Shanxi has been outstanding, and showing a momentum of vigorous development. However, there are many problems in the development of Shanxi tourism at the same time. Such as unreasonable industrial structure, tourism links have not formed a complete link, etc. How to integrate the resources between the various links of Shanxi tourism, to promote the overall competitiveness of Shanxi tourism industry. It is an important subject that needs to be solved at present. This paper focuses on how to promote the integration of the tourism industry chain in Shanxi Province, using the diamond theory model quantitative analysis of the current situation of Shanxi tourism industry development. At the same time, the author explores and compares the product integration, value integration and knowledge integration of Shanxi tourism industry chain and concludes that value integration is the best strategy for the development of Shanxi tourism industry. Based on the theory of industrial chain integration, the research results of tourism industry chain integration are summarized, and the analytical framework of Shanxi tourism industry chain integration research is listed. In the part of the present situation of tourism development, the paper analyzes the present situation of Shanxi tourism industry by using the diamond theory model, and points out the main problems existing therein. In the part of industry chain integration path analysis, the author mainly uses the industry chain integration theory to standardize the tourism industry of Shanxi Province. In the part of strategy selection, through the analysis of the previous chapters, combined with the actual situation of Shanxi tourism industry, this paper puts forward the strategic choice to promote the value integration of Shanxi tourism industry chain. The research shows that Shanxi has abundant tourism cultural resources, combined with the good opportunities provided by the transformation and development strategy of Shanxi Province, Shanxi tourism has great potential for development, aiming at the weak competitiveness of Shanxi tourism at present. Through the analysis of the integration path of tourism industry chain, this paper points out the limitations of the application of product integration in Shanxi and the obstacles to the realization of knowledge integration in Shanxi. This paper determines the effectiveness of value integration, and then puts forward some specific strategies for value integration, such as value creation of tourism links, benefit distribution mechanism linking up with each link, and the government's safeguard measures.
