杭州发展医疗旅游的可行性及对策研究

【摘要】：医疗旅游是最近几年国际上发展极为迅猛的新型旅游型态,即便是在全球经济危机爆发后,也能维持两位数的高增长速度。亚洲国家泰国、印度、马来西亚因拥有先进的医疗技术、劳动力价格较低等优势,已经成为欧美患者出国就医的首选地。国外学者预计我国将是下一轮医疗旅游目的地。杭州是“东方休闲之都、品质生活之城”,医疗服务体系较完善,医疗科技与设备先进,高素质医疗人才集聚,发展医疗旅游对促进杭州旅游业转型升级和可持续发展具有重要意义。论文首先介绍了国外医疗旅游的发展情况,并结合最近几年国内外学者对医疗旅游的相关研究,试图在厘清医疗旅游研究进展与行业发展轨迹与特征的基础上,为分析杭州医疗旅游的发展提供背景与理论支持；其次,在研究分析杭州医疗旅游客源市场后,采用SWOT分析方法,通过杭州发展医疗旅游的优势、劣势、机遇与威胁的全面分析,研究杭州发展医疗旅游的可行性；第三,依据杭州发展医疗旅游的条件,结合医疗旅游的影响因子与国内外权威人士对医疗旅游发展看法,提出推进杭州医疗旅游发展的对策。论文共分七章。第一章绪论,介绍了研究背景与选题意义,包括国内外医疗旅游发展的现状,论文研究思路,研究内容,研究方法等。论文的研究背景主要从两个方面来论述：一是医疗旅游在全球兴起；二是我国旅游市场需要高端产品。论文所采用的研究方法主要有文献研究法、调查法、归纳法等。第二章为医疗旅游国内外研究概述,介绍了近年来国外医疗旅游的研究情况和我国医疗旅游的研究情况。第三章为医疗旅游及其在我国的发展,介绍了医疗旅游的内涵,经过调查在查阅相关文献的基础上分析了医疗旅游影响因素,以及我国医疗旅游的发展情况。第四章是杭州医疗旅游发展现状研究,详细分析了杭州医疗旅游发展的客源市场及面临的问题与挑战。第五章是杭州发展医疗旅游的必要性与可行性研究,是论文的重点之一。认为杭州发展医疗旅游是医疗业、旅游业发展的需要,也是提升杭州城市形象的需要,并通过SWOT分析方法论证了杭州开展医疗旅游的可行性。第六章是杭州医疗旅游发展对策研究,是论文的重点之一。论文从政府加强统筹管理给予政策支持、医疗机构提高医疗技术与服务、业界加强宣传与推介提高医疗旅游的社会认知度等三个方面提出了相关建议。第七章是结论与讨论,对研究结论、不足之处及展望给予了说明。
[Abstract]:Medical tourism is a new type of tourism that has grown rapidly in recent years, maintaining double-digit growth even after the global economic crisis. The Asian countries Thailand, India. Malaysia has the advantage of low labor price because of its advanced medical technology. Foreign scholars predict that China will be the next round of medical tourism destination. Hangzhou is the "leisure capital of the East, the city of quality life", and the medical service system is relatively perfect. The medical science and technology and equipment are advanced, the high quality medical talents gather together, the development of medical tourism is of great significance to promote the transformation and upgrade of Hangzhou tourism industry and sustainable development. First of all, the paper introduces the development of medical tourism abroad, and combined with the domestic and foreign scholars in recent years on medical tourism related research. On the basis of clarifying the research progress of medical tourism and the development track and characteristics of the industry, this paper tries to provide the background and theoretical support for the analysis of the development of medical tourism in Hangzhou. Secondly, after studying and analyzing the medical tourist market in Hangzhou, the author adopts SWOT analysis method to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of developing medical tourism in Hangzhou. To study the feasibility of developing medical tourism in Hangzhou; Thirdly, according to the conditions of developing medical tourism in Hangzhou, combined with the influencing factors of medical tourism and the views of domestic and foreign authorities on the development of medical tourism, the countermeasures to promote the development of medical tourism in Hangzhou are put forward. The first chapter introduces the background and significance of the research, including the development of medical tourism at home and abroad, research ideas, research content. Research methods and so on. The research background of this paper is mainly discussed from two aspects: one is the rise of medical tourism in the world; Second, our country's tourism market needs high-end products. The main research methods used in this paper are literature research, investigation, induction and so on. The second chapter is a summary of medical tourism research at home and abroad, and introduces the research situation of medical tourism abroad and medical tourism in China in recent years. The third chapter is medical tourism and its development in China, introduced the connotation of medical tourism, through the investigation on the basis of relevant literature analysis of medical tourism impact factors. And the development of medical tourism in China. Chapter 4th is a study on the current situation of medical tourism development in Hangzhou, and the problems and challenges faced by the development of medical tourism in Hangzhou are analyzed in detail. Chapter 5th is the necessity and feasibility study of the development of medical tourism in Hangzhou, which is one of the key points of the paper. It is considered that the development of medical tourism in Hangzhou is the need of the development of medical industry and tourism. It is also the need to improve the city image of Hangzhou. The feasibility of developing medical tourism in Hangzhou is proved by SWOT analysis. Chapter 6th is the research of Hangzhou medical tourism development countermeasure, is one of the emphases of the paper. The paper gives policy support from the government to strengthen the overall management, medical institutions to improve the medical technology and service. This paper puts forward some suggestions on how to promote and promote the social cognition of medical tourism. Chapter 7th is the conclusion and discussion, the research conclusions, shortcomings and prospects are explained.
