张家界自驾游服务体系优化研究

【摘要】：随着国民对自驾车旅游亲睐度的提高，如何构建自驾游服务体系的也受到了学者民众的关注。虽然国内旅游业对自驾游服务体系有所关注，但仍然较为薄弱，如何构建一个全面的、具有较强代表性的自驾游服务体系体系，是从理论上和自驾车旅游实际应用发展的双角度出发，，值得尝试和探索的研究课题。 本文基于自驾游、自驾游服务供需不平衡、自驾游服务亟需理论指导以及张家界自驾游服务体系不完善的大背景，对自驾游、旅游服务体系、自驾游服务体系等概念进行界定，在服务管理理论的基础上，采用德尔菲法分析确定自驾游服务体系的构成因子：汽车营地服务、信息服务、旅游六要素服务、自驾游保障和支持服务；然后根据自驾游服务体系构成因子对张家界自驾游服务重要性及实际感受进行问卷调查，在调查统计的基础上得出样本特征、需求特征和张家界的自驾游服务的供给现状；然后基于IPA对张家界服务体系进行深入分析，指出张家界自驾游服务体系存在的问题；最后提出优化张家界自驾游服务体系的对策。
[Abstract]:With the increasing popularity of self-driving tourism, how to build a self-driving travel service system has attracted the attention of scholars. Although domestic tourism has paid attention to the self-driving tourism service system, it is still relatively weak. How to construct a comprehensive and representative self-driving travel service system is a research topic worth trying and exploring from the perspective of both theoretical and practical application and development of self-driving tourism. Based on the background of self-driving tour, imbalance of demand and supply of self-driving tour service, the theoretical guidance of self-driving travel service and the imperfect service system of self-driving tour in Zhangjiajie, the paper analyzes the self-driving tour and tourism service system. On the basis of the theory of service management, the paper uses Delphi method to analyze and determine the composing factors of self-driving service system: automobile camp service, information service, tourism service, etc. According to the composition factors of self-driving travel service system, the importance and actual feeling of self-driving tour service in Zhangjiajie were investigated, and the sample characteristics were obtained on the basis of investigation and statistics. The demand characteristics and the supply status of Zhangjiajie's self-driving service are analyzed, and the problems of Zhangjiajie's self-driving service system are pointed out based on IPA. Finally, the countermeasures of optimizing Zhangjiajie self-driving travel service system are put forward.
