鸡冠山—九龙沟风景名胜区景观资源评价及其发展对策研究

【摘要】:鸡冠山—九龙沟风景名胜区以其独特的自然资源和古朴典雅的历史人文文化著称。但是景区丰富的景观资源却与景区旅游也发展不同步,之前的旅游活动主要以自然生态旅游为主,针对游客面较狭隘,单一的旅游模式和周边强劲的竞争对手是景区继续发展的最大障碍。在2008年“5·12”地震后,风景区在当地有关部门有力的支持下,契合成都市“龙门山生态旅游综合功能区”,依托自身资源优势进行重建开发。通过精确划定景区范围,明确定位功能结构区,完善配套旅游设施等一系列措施,风景区迎来了新的机遇与发展。 以往对鸡冠山—九龙沟风景区只有策划规划研究,鉴于此,木论文通过收集风景区相关资料,实地调研,结合专家学者意见进行研究和探讨,采用定性和定量相结合的评价方法对景区景观资源进行综合评价,运用SWOT法对景区旅游业开发利用和发展建设分析,最终得到如下研究结果: (1)定性评价结果表明,鸡冠山—九龙沟风景区拥有内容丰富的景观资源,价值颇高,主要表现在风景欣赏价值、休闲价值、科学价值、开发利用价值方面。定量评价结果反映出风景区的景观以二级和三级占据多数,自然景观在数量上明显高于人文景观资源,自然景观是整个景区景观的特色,占有突出地位。就景观资源地域空间分布来看,自然景观主要集中的鸡冠山景片,而人文景观基本在凤栖山景片,进一步说明了风景区的主体景观是自然资源,同时这也为今后景区的发展经营管理提供了良好的导向作用。 (3)明确定义了鸡冠山—九龙沟风景名胜区的基础市场、目标市场和机会市场,分析出景区旅游市场在区位、自然资源、科研教育和政策支持方面具有很大优势,而旅游产品开发基础薄弱、旅游活动开发方式单一、旅游服务的基础配套设施不完善和从资源优势的转化方面呈现劣势,而成都市“龙门山生态旅游综合功能区”和快速发展的经济在很大程度上为景区发展带来了机遇,同时必须把握好潜在客源市场、旅游资源开发与保护的挑战。 (3)从可持续发展、利益协调和加快区域合作、优化旅游市场、形成核心竞争力,促进风景区资源优势向经济优势和效益优势的转变等方面对景区发展提出对策。
[Abstract]:The Jiguanshan-Jiulonggou scenic spot is famous for its unique natural resources and its simple and elegant historical and humanistic culture. However, the rich landscape resources of the scenic area are not in step with the development of the scenic area. Previous tourism activities were dominated by natural ecotourism, with a narrow range of tourists, a single tourism model and strong competitors around them being the biggest obstacle to the continued development of the scenic spots. After the May 12 earthquake on 2008, With the support of the local departments concerned, the scenic spot fits in with the "Longmen mountain ecotourism comprehensive function zone" in Chengdu to rebuild and develop on the basis of its own resource advantages. Through the precise delineation of the scope of the scenic spot and the clear location of the functional structure area, Perfect a series of measures such as supporting tourist facilities, scenic spot ushered in new opportunities and development. In the past, there was only planning and study on Jiguanshan-Jiuluigou scenic spot. In view of this, the wood paper through collecting relevant information of scenic spot, field investigation, combined with the opinions of experts and scholars to carry on research and discussion, The comprehensive evaluation of scenic landscape resources is carried out by using qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods, and the development, utilization and construction of tourism in scenic spots are analyzed by using SWOT method. Finally, the following research results are obtained:. 1) the qualitative evaluation results show that Jiguanshan-Jiulonggou Scenic spot has abundant landscape resources, and its value is quite high, mainly manifested in landscape appreciation value, leisure value, scientific value, etc. The quantitative evaluation results show that the landscape of the scenic area is dominated by two or three levels, and the natural landscape is obviously higher than the human landscape resources in quantity, and the natural landscape is the characteristic of the whole scenic spot. As far as the spatial distribution of landscape resources is concerned, the natural landscape is mainly concentrated on the chicken landscape, while the humanistic landscape is basically in the Fengqi mountain landscape, which further explains that the main landscape of the scenic area is natural resources. At the same time, it also provides a good guidance for the future development and management of scenic spots. The basic market, target market and opportunity market of Jiguanshan-Jiulonggou scenic spot are clearly defined. It is analyzed that the tourist market of scenic spot has great advantages in terms of location, natural resources, scientific research and education and policy support. On the other hand, the basis of tourism product development is weak, the mode of tourism activity development is single, the basic supporting facilities of tourism service are not perfect, and the transformation of resource advantages presents disadvantages. The "Longmen Mountain Eco-tourism Comprehensive function Zone" and the rapidly developing economy in Chengdu City have brought opportunities to the development of scenic spots to a great extent. At the same time, it is necessary to grasp the challenges of the potential tourist market and the development and protection of tourism resources. 3) to put forward countermeasures to the development of scenic spots from the aspects of sustainable development, coordination of interests and speeding up regional cooperation, optimizing tourism market, forming core competitiveness and promoting the transformation of resources advantage of scenic area to economic advantage and benefit advantage.
