厦漳泉区域旅游合作研究

【摘要】：经济全球化和区域一体化是世界经济发展的一种趋势，厦漳泉大都市区经济一体化正顺应了该趋势发展。旅游业的强关联性和高带动性，使其成为推动厦漳泉区域经济一体化的战略选择。厦漳泉区域旅游合作已经迅速开展，如何建立有效的厦漳泉区域旅游合作模式和路径，实现厦漳泉区域旅游合作的跨越式发展成为本文研究的主要内容。旅游流（客流）是旅游者在区域空间及旅游节点上的流动和空间分布差异状态，是区域旅游合作的基本原理。旅游流的跨区域流动打破了行政区域壁垒，将区域间经济利益直接联系在一起。旅游流的流动带动各区域间经济交流，区域旅游流空间结构调整直接影响旅游经济利益分配，从而推动区域旅游合作主体之间进行各方面的合作调整。本文以旅游流作为研究厦漳泉区域旅游合作切入点，通过选取厦漳泉三市70个旅游景点作为实证研究区域，凭借社会网络分析软件Ucinet6.0，结合Spss17.0、Sufer等应用工具，基于旅行社走访、问卷调研及网络游记等方式搜集旅游者的行走路线及旅游流量，构建厦漳泉三市旅行社及自助游两大旅游流数据库，并对其结果加以对比分析。针对厦漳泉旅游流网络结构所呈现出的问题，本文分析厦漳泉区域旅游合作的动力机制包括区域竞争驱动、区域利益驱动及文化区域协同驱动。旅游流流动产生的经济利益是区域旅游合作的基本原理，结合旅游流的经济带动作用，，参考国内外可借鉴的区域旅游合作模式，结合厦漳泉区域旅游合作现状，提出厦漳泉区域旅游合作模式，并从政府、旅游企业和旅游行业协会及社区三个层面对厦漳泉区域旅游合作路径进行了分析。科学处理旅游发展中的公平与效益、旅游流的集中与分散等问题，从构建立体化交通网络、完善旅游景区功能、实现旅游个性化供给机制、健全区域旅游组织结构及保障机制、构建区域旅游信息系统等方面为厦漳泉区域旅游合作提供了相关对策。
[Abstract]:Economic globalization and regional integration are a trend of world economic development. The economic integration of Xia-Zhangquan metropolitan area is complying with this trend. Making it a strategic choice to promote the regional economic integration of Xia-Zhangquan. The regional tourism cooperation of Xia-Zhangquan has been carried out rapidly. How to establish an effective regional tourism cooperation mode and path of Xia-Zhangquan, Realizing the leapfrog development of regional tourism cooperation in Xia-Zhangquan has become the main content of this paper. Tourist flow (passenger flow) is the state of flow and spatial distribution of tourists in regional space and tourism nodes, and is the basic principle of regional tourism cooperation. The cross-regional flow of tourism flows breaks down administrative regional barriers. The regional economic benefits are directly linked together. The flow of tourism flows promotes the economic exchange among different regions, and the spatial structure adjustment of regional tourism flows directly affects the distribution of tourism economic benefits. In order to promote regional tourism cooperation between the main body of various aspects of cooperation adjustment. This paper takes tourism flow as the starting point to study regional tourism cooperation in Xia-Zhangquan. By selecting 70 tourist attractions in three cities of Xia-Zhangquan as empirical research area, with the help of social network analysis software Ucinet6.0, combined with Spss17.0 Sufer and other application tools, based on travel agency visit. Through questionnaire investigation and online travel notes, this paper collects the travel routes and tourist flows of tourists, and constructs two major tourist flow databases of travel agencies and self-help tours in Xia-Zhangquan, three cities, and so on. In view of the problems in the network structure of tourism flow in Xia-Zhangquan, this paper analyzes the dynamic mechanism of regional tourism cooperation in Xia-Zhangquan, which includes the driving force of regional competition. The economic benefits generated by the flow of tourism are the basic principles of the regional tourism cooperation, combined with the economic driving role of the tourism flow, and the regional tourism cooperation model that can be used for reference at home and abroad. According to the present situation of regional tourism cooperation in Xia-Zhangquan, this paper puts forward the model of regional tourism cooperation in Xia-Zhangquan, and from the government, Tourism enterprises, tourism industry associations and communities have analyzed the path of regional tourism cooperation in Xia-Zhangquan, scientifically dealing with the problems of fairness and efficiency in tourism development, concentration and dispersion of tourism flows, and the construction of three-dimensional transportation networks. Improving the function of tourist attractions, realizing the individualized supply mechanism of tourism, perfecting the structure and guarantee mechanism of regional tourism organization, and constructing the regional tourism information system provide relevant countermeasures for the regional tourism cooperation in Xia-Zhangquan.
