体验经济视角下的河北承德乡村旅游开发研究

【摘要】：体验经济时代,旅游者的需求发生了改变,大众化的观光游览的旅游形式已不能吸引旅游者。他们需要的是追求更高层次的旅游产品,重视旅游的过程和体验,以此来获得情感和心理上的满足,旅游者的需求朝着体验化的方向发展。近年来,承德的乡村旅游在市委市政府的支持下得到快速发展,但也存在着缺乏系统完善的规划、旅游产品开发的深度不够、游客体验性不足等问题。本文把承德新杖子作为实证研究对象,将体验理论与乡村旅游相结合,从体验经济的视角进行分析。本文通过实地调研所得的第一手数据,以承德新杖子乡为研究目的地,综合体验经济、游客满意度理论等,从旅游体验视角对乡村旅游的开发做了较为深入的实证研究。本文共分为六个部分。第一部分为绪论；第二部分是相关概念及理论基础,相关概念包括乡村旅游以及旅游体验,相关理论着重介绍了体验经济、游客满意度、旅游地生命周期理论及可持续发展理论；第三部分对乡村旅游的开发从体验的视角进行分析,包括开发背景分析、旅游资源分析、客源市场分析及开发的基本思路分析；第四部分是本文的实证研究部分,以承德新杖子乡为例,运用EXCEL统计软件对客源市场进行了详细分析,同时分析开发中存在的问题,进一步设计了乡村体验型旅游产品；第五部提出了体验视角下承德乡村旅游开发的保障措施；第六部分是结论。本文旨在从体验的视角设计旅游活动项目,提升目的地的吸引力,提高游客的重游率,从而产生更高的经济效益。这对促进农村经济的增长、构建和谐社会、实现旅游业均衡、持续发展有着积极的意义。
[Abstract]:In the era of experience economy, the demand of tourists has changed, and the popular tourism form can no longer attract tourists.What they need is to pursue a higher level of tourism products and attach importance to the process and experience of tourism in order to obtain emotional and psychological satisfaction and the needs of tourists develop towards experiential direction.In recent years, the rural tourism of Chengde has been developed rapidly with the support of the municipal party committee and government. However, there are still some problems such as lack of systematic and perfect planning, lack of depth of tourism product development and lack of tourists' experience.This paper takes Chengde Xincanzi as an empirical research object, combines experience theory with rural tourism, and analyzes it from the perspective of experience economy.Based on the firsthand data of field investigation, this paper makes a deep empirical study on the development of rural tourism from the perspective of tourism experience, taking Chengde Xinzaizi Township as the research destination, comprehensive experience economy, tourist satisfaction theory and so on.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction; the second part is the related concepts and theoretical basis, including rural tourism and tourism experience, the relevant theory focuses on the experience economy, tourist satisfaction,The third part analyzes the development of rural tourism from the perspective of experience, including development background analysis, tourism resources analysis, tourist market analysis and basic thinking analysis of development.The fourth part is the empirical research part of this paper, taking Xinlangzi Township of Chengde as an example, using the EXCEL statistical software to analyze the tourist market in detail, at the same time, analyzing the problems in the development, and further designing the rural experiential tourism products.The fifth part puts forward the safeguard measures of Chengde rural tourism development from the perspective of experience, and the sixth part is the conclusion.The purpose of this paper is to design tourism activities from the perspective of experience, to enhance the attraction of destinations, and to increase the rate of tourists revisiting so as to produce higher economic benefits.It is of positive significance to promote the growth of rural economy, build a harmonious society, realize the balance of tourism and sustainable development.
