淄博蒲家庄古村落旅游深度开发研究

【摘要】：古村落是不可再生的、经过历史沉淀的重要物质遗产和非物质遗产的结合体,是中华民族重要的宝贵财富。古村落具有浓郁的古韵氛围,其古老的建筑风貌、丰富的文化内涵、独特的古韵生态以及历史价值,集人类的社会活动与传承的古文化气息融为一体,是研究家族起源、居住环境建设、经济发展史、宗法制度演变、聚落村寨构成以及教育与家族基因等课题的实验基地和考证基地。古村落所体现出的建筑、科学、历史、文化和美学价值都对旅游者产生了巨大的吸引力,可为旅游业所开发利用。蒲家庄位于淄博市淄川区东3.5公里的丘陵地带,是清代杰出文学家蒲松龄出生写作、生活和最终归宿地,是聊斋文化的发源地,更是一个有着六百年悠久历史和文化底蕴的古村落,蒲家庄具有丰富的非物质文化和物质文化遗产。聊斋文化享誉中外,明清时期的建筑风貌独具特色、重要历史事件影响深远、民风民俗风情独具魅力。蒲家庄旅游开发较早,主要围绕蒲松龄及其著作《聊斋志异》展开。近年来,蒲松龄故居、聊斋城旅游开发已形成一定的规模,已在省内旅游市场造成一定的影响,成为淄博市支柱性的旅游产品。但目前对传承历史文脉、体现聊斋文化之根的蒲家庄古村落却一直被忽视,旅游开发的深度不够,存在着不少问题,比如旅游开发不完全、消极保护与可持续发展、资源管理和经营体制、利益分配机制不合理等矛盾越来越突出。如何对蒲家庄古村落旅游进行深度开发,提升蒲家庄古村落旅游目的地的竞争力,实现可持续发展,成为一个急需解决的重要问题。本文运用文献综述法、实证法、跨学科研究等多种方法,通过大量实地考察和资料搜集,理论联系实际,在古村落旅游概况回顾和深度开发理论探讨的基础上,构建古村落旅游深度开发体系,促使蒲家庄古村落旅游走上可持续发展的道路。“一个文化”、“两条主线”、“一个延伸’构建了蒲家庄古村落旅游深度开发“三方结合”体系。“一个文化”是指聊斋文化,“两条主线”是古村和故里两条主线,“一个延伸”是“活”的村落。“三方结合”体系是蒲家庄古村落旅游深度开发体系中的项目深度开发、市场深度开发和旅游设施深度开发三大板块的有机结合。
[Abstract]:Ancient villages are non-renewable. The combination of important material heritage and intangible heritage after historical sedimentation is an important precious wealth of the Chinese nation.The ancient village has a strong atmosphere of ancient rhyme, its ancient architectural style, rich cultural connotation, unique ancient rhyme ecology and historical value, the collection of human social activities and the heritage of the ancient culture into one, is to study the origin of the family.Living environment construction, economic development history, patriarchal system evolution, settlement village constitution, education and family genes and so on experimental base and textual research base.The architectural, scientific, historical, cultural and aesthetic values of the ancient villages have great appeal to tourists and can be exploited by the tourism industry.Pujiazhuang is located in the hilly region of Zichuan District, Zibo City, 3.5 kilometers east. It is the birthplace of Liaozhai culture and the birthplace of Pu Songling, an outstanding writer of the Qing Dynasty.It is also an ancient village with a long history and cultural heritage of 600 years. Pujiazhuang is rich in intangible culture and material cultural heritage.Liaozhai culture is famous at home and abroad, the architectural style of Ming and Qing dynasties is unique, important historical events have far-reaching influence, folk customs and customs have unique charm.Pujiazhuang tourism was developed earlier, mainly around Pu Songling and his book Liaozhai Zhi Yi.In recent years, the tourism development of the former residence of Pu Songling and Liaozhai City has formed a certain scale, has caused certain influence in the tourism market of the province, and has become the pillar tourism product of Zibo City.However, at present, the ancient village of Pujiazhuang, which inherits the historical context and embodies the root of Liaozhai culture, has been neglected. The depth of tourism development is not deep enough, and there are many problems, such as incomplete tourism development, negative protection and sustainable development.The contradiction between resource management and management system, benefit distribution mechanism is more and more prominent.How to develop Pujiazhuang ancient village tourism in depth, enhance the competitiveness of Pujiazhuang ancient village tourism destination and realize sustainable development, has become an important problem to be solved urgently.This paper applies literature review method, empirical method, interdisciplinary research and other methods, through a large number of field visits and data collection, combining theory with practice, on the basis of reviewing the tourism situation of ancient villages and exploring the theory of deep exploitation.Constructing the deep development system of ancient village tourism will promote Pujiazhuang ancient village tourism to take the road of sustainable development."one culture", "two main lines" and "one extension" have constructed the "tripartite combination" system for the deep development of Pujiazhuang ancient village tourism."one culture" refers to Liaozhai culture, "two main lines" are two main lines of ancient village and hometown, "an extension" is "living" village.The "tripartite combination" system is an organic combination of the project depth development, the market depth development and the tourism facility development in the Pujiazhuang ancient village tourism depth development system.
