旅游业的思想政治功能问题探析

【摘要】：旅游业有“朝阳产业”的美誉,是向广大国内外游客介绍、展示和宣传我国自然、人文旅游资源和非物质文化遗产的重要媒介,是了解和见识我国物质文明和精神文明的重要渠道,是帮助人们认知我国丰富的物质遗产和文化遗产的桥梁,是对公民进行爱国主义教育的重要途径之一。旅游业同样也是进行思想政治教育的重要载体,它实现了现代休闲方式与思想政治教育功能的有机结合;旅游业在思想政治教育功能的发挥上创新了手段,变传统的单向灌输教育方式为双向互动方式；同时旅游业也是思想政治教育社会化的重要阵地。在现实生活中,人们对旅游业思想政治教育功能重视不够,对其思想认识基础十分薄弱,往往存在单纯强调旅游业的行业发展、重视经济效益和从业人员业务水平的提高,而忽视其思想政治教育功能的现象,旅游行业内部旅游服务队伍思想政治素质不强等现象也比比皆是,这些都在一定程度上限制了旅游业思想政治教育功能的发挥。如何正确理解和运用“寓教于游”的理念,并切实将其落到实处;如何正确发挥旅游业的思想政治教育功能,使旅游者在观赏美景的同时,获得心灵的洗礼,提升思想觉悟,引导和影响其树立正确的人生观、世界观、价值观,使其“看世界的眼睛更加通透”,已经越来越受到国内有识之士的重视,也日益成为摆在旅游行政管理部门、旅游经营者面前的一个课题。本文通过阐述旅游业与思想政治教育之间的关系,明确地提出旅游业具有较强的思想政治教育功能,并指出了制约旅游业思想政治教育功能发挥的因素,最后从全社会和行业发展等角度,有针对性地提出了强化旅游业思想政治教育功能的有效途径。
[Abstract]:Tourism has a reputation as a "sunrise industry" and is an important medium for introducing, displaying and publicizing our natural, humanistic tourism resources and intangible cultural heritage to the vast number of domestic and foreign tourists. It is an important channel to understand and see the material and spiritual civilization of our country, a bridge to help people understand the rich material and cultural heritage of our country, and one of the important ways to educate the citizens in patriotism. Tourism is also an important carrier of ideological and political education, it realizes the organic combination of modern leisure mode and ideological and political education function, and the tourism industry innovates the means of exerting the function of ideological and political education. The traditional one-way indoctrination education is changed into the two-way interactive mode, and tourism is also an important position for the socialization of ideological and political education. In real life, people pay less attention to the function of ideological and political education of tourism, and have a very weak understanding of its ideological foundation. They often emphasize the development of tourism industry, attach importance to the improvement of economic benefits and the professional level of employees. The phenomenon of neglecting the function of ideological and political education and the weak ideological and political quality of the tourism service team in the tourism industry also abound, which to some extent limits the exertion of the function of the ideological and political education of the tourism industry. How to correctly understand and apply the concept of "teaching in tourism" and how to put it into practice, how to give full play to the function of ideological and political education of tourism industry, how to make tourists get baptism of their hearts and minds while watching the beautiful scenery, and how to raise their ideological consciousness, and how to give full play to the function of ideological and political education in tourism. Guiding and influencing them to set up a correct outlook on life, world outlook and values, so that they can "see the world more clearly", has been paid more and more attention by people of insight in China, and has increasingly become a tourism administrative department. Tourism operators in front of a subject. By expounding the relationship between tourism and ideological and political education, this paper clearly points out that tourism has a strong function of ideological and political education, and points out the factors restricting the function of tourism ideological and political education. Finally, from the point of view of the development of the whole society and industry, this paper puts forward some effective ways to strengthen the function of tourism ideological and political education.
