喀喇沁旗旅游产业发展战略研究

【摘要】:旅游业作为一个传统产业,在近年来越来越受到各级党委政府的重视,而旅游业的发展状态也从传统的风景游和古迹游向多元化逐渐迈进,全国各地都在充分挖掘带有本地区特点的多种旅游资源,地质游、乡村游、宗教游、购物游等多种形态百花齐放,各地也相应出台了针对旅游产业发展的实施意见和方案,规范旅游市场,加强旅游基础设施建设,搞好产品布局,带起了旅游产业的第二波高潮。而文化旅游也成为越来越多的城市和地区所选择的发展主线,中国历史悠久、地大物博,可挖掘的具有厚重文化底蕴的旅游资源不胜枚举,因此在整个旅游产业的发展过程中,文化旅游所占比重也在逐年增加,而以文化旅游为中心的旅游产业带规划也成为了各地区发展中不可忽视的要素。 本文的研究内容主要是通过对整个旅游环境的环境分析以及对喀喇沁旗旅游产业发展状况的描述梳理出目前该产业中比较突出的问题及发展过程中出现的困惑,再通过对旅游产业的一般特征的阐述及Michael Porter的钻石模型分析以及SWOT分析找出喀喇沁旗的战略定位,从而给出未来发展中的可选择战略,包括重点任务和发展路径,最后将根据喀喇沁旗的旅游景观分布及其特点提出建设以“马鞍山(国际)生态文化旅游区、亲王府历史文化旅游区、旺业甸生态商旅度假区”三大旅游区为支点的赤峰-茅荆坝百公里文化旅游产业带的项目化发展方式。
[Abstract]:Tourism, as a traditional industry, has been paid more and more attention to by party committees and governments at all levels in recent years, and the development of tourism has gradually moved from traditional scenic tours and historic sites to diversification. Throughout the country, various tourist resources, geological tourism, rural tourism, religious tourism, shopping tour, and other forms of tourism resources with local characteristics are being fully exploited. Accordingly, various localities have issued implementation opinions and plans for the development of the tourism industry. Standardizing the tourism market, strengthening the construction of tourism infrastructure, and doing a good job of product distribution have brought the second wave of climax of the tourism industry. Cultural tourism has also become the main line of development chosen by more and more cities and regions. China has a long history, vast land and abundant resources, which can be excavated with rich cultural heritage. Therefore, in the process of the development of the whole tourism industry, The proportion of cultural tourism is increasing year by year, and the planning of tourism industry belt centered on cultural tourism has become an important factor in the development of various regions. The research content of this paper is mainly through the environmental analysis of the whole tourism environment and the description of the development situation of the tourism industry in Karaqin Banner to sort out the more prominent problems and the confusion in the development process of this industry at present. Then, by expounding the general characteristics of tourism industry and analyzing the diamond model of Michael Porter and the analysis of SWOT to find out the strategic orientation of Karaqin Banner, this paper gives the choice strategy in the future development, including the key task and the development path. Finally, according to the tourist landscape distribution and its characteristics of Karaqin Banner, it is proposed to build a "Ma'anshan (International) Eco-cultural Tourism area, a Historical and Cultural Tourism area of the Prince's House." Wangyiedian Eco-business Resort "three tourist areas as the fulcrum of Chifeng-Maojingba 100 km of cultural tourism industry zone project development."
