浅析澳门博彩专营权改革

【摘要】：正在澳门政府的组织框架中,有专门的部门来对博彩业进行统一管理,即澳门博彩协调监察局,负责监察、监督及监管承批公司、中介人资格、活动,博彩设备标准,以及查处违法行为。2002年,澳门特别行政区政府实行"博彩专营权改革",由博彩专营权集中于澳门旅游娱乐有限公司一家公司转变为向三家公司发放经营权牌照,形成了多元竞争的新格局,澳门博彩业迅速发展。
[Abstract]:Within the framework of the Macao government's organization, there are special departments to unify the management of the gambling industry, that is, the Macao Gambling Coordination Supervision Bureau, which is responsible for monitoring, supervising and supervising the licensing companies, the qualifications of intermediaries, the activities, and the standards of gambling equipment. In 2002, the Government of the Macao Special Administrative region implemented the "gaming franchise reform", which was transferred from a company with a gambling franchise focused on Macao Tourism and Entertainment Limited to a licence issued to three companies. Formed the new pattern of pluralistic competition, Macao gambling industry develops rapidly.
