【摘要】：矿山企业一般是围绕资源进行挖掘和加工的。目前,由于资源枯竭、机制呆板、环境恶化等原因,多数矿山企业,特别是国有大型矿山企业,出现了不同程度的生存困境。为摆脱困境,多少矿山企业正在寻求产业转型发展。以利用废弃矿山设施设备及彰显矿山特有遗存和文化的工业旅游,正成为具备条件的矿山企业的转型方向之一。同时,由于旅游资源观念的改变及休闲旅游的发展,工业旅游越来越受到游客的青睐。矿山企业发展工业旅游,不仅是矿山企业转型发展的新方向,是旅游业的新业态,而且具有可观的经济效益、社会效益与生态效益。论文的主要内容如下：第一、绪论。简要介绍了本文的研究背景、研究内容,陈述了理论基础于文献综述,以及论文的创新之处。第二、矿山企业的产业转型。归纳与比较了矿山企业的转型模式,提出了转型的较佳时机。在此基础上,探讨了矿山企业进行产业转型时接续产业的选择与转型的风险分析问题。第三、发展发展工业旅游的基础与动力。在接续产业确定为工业旅游后,重点探讨了工矿企业发展工业旅游的动力与基础。第四、工业旅游的规划与实施。在总结成功案例的基础上,归纳提炼出具体实施层面的技术问题。第五、工业旅游的效益。分析研究了发展工业旅游的直接、间接经济效益与社会效益。这是选择工业旅游为接续产业的依据,更是发展所要达到的目标。第六、对策建议。从供给、需求与环境三方面提出了促进工业旅游发展的相关对策建议。
[Abstract]:Mining enterprises are generally around the resources of mining and processing. At present, due to the exhaustion of resources, rigid mechanism, environmental deterioration and other reasons, most mining enterprises, especially large state-owned mining enterprises, have emerged different degrees of survival difficulties. In order to get rid of difficulties, how many mining enterprises are looking for industrial transformation and development. Industrial tourism, which makes use of abandoned mine facilities and reveals the unique remains and culture of mines, is becoming one of the transformation directions of qualified mining enterprises. At the same time, due to the change of the concept of tourism resources and the development of leisure tourism, industrial tourism is more and more favored by tourists. The development of industrial tourism in mining enterprises is not only a new direction of transformation and development of mining enterprises, but also a new form of tourism, and has considerable economic, social and ecological benefits. The main contents of the thesis are as follows: First, introduction. This paper briefly introduces the research background, research content, theoretical basis of literature review, as well as the innovation of the paper. Second, the industrial transformation of mining enterprises. The transformation mode of mining enterprises is summarized and compared, and the better opportunity of transformation is put forward. On this basis, the selection and risk analysis of the succession industry in the process of industrial transformation of mining enterprises are discussed. Third, the foundation and motive force of developing industrial tourism. After the following industry is determined as industrial tourism, the motive force and foundation of industrial tourism development in industrial and mining enterprises are discussed. Fourth, industrial tourism planning and implementation. On the basis of summing up the successful cases, the technical problems of concrete implementation level are summarized and refined. Fifth, the benefits of industrial tourism. The direct and indirect economic and social benefits of developing industrial tourism are analyzed and studied. This is the choice of industrial tourism as the basis for the continuation of industry, but also to achieve the goal of development. Sixth, countermeasures and suggestions. This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of industrial tourism from three aspects of supply, demand and environment.
