“轻城”简阳三岔湖旅游产业规划研究与设计

【摘要】：简阳三岔湖是成都经济圈内最大的湖泊,在20世纪80年代,三岔湖依托其旖旎的自然风光、良好的区域位置、厚重的历史文化,一度成为周边地区人们观光旅游胜地,但随着市场需求的变化以及旅游产品结构单一、形象不突出等因素,日渐衰落。2007年,简阳三岔湖被列为全省“十一五”新“五大”旅游区的重要组成部分。为充分发挥三岔湖旅游区旅游资源优势,塑造国际品牌和开发高端旅游产品,满足市场需求的精细化、人性化的服务,全面提升发展区的核心竞争力,规划和设计三岔湖开发区旅游产业具有非常重要的意义。本文首先从五个方面阐述了研究背景,即城市可持续发展、休闲产业与国际旅游城市发展、西部大开发的战略新机遇、四川省旅游发展规划、三岔湖国际休闲度假区建设,以及选题意义和研究内容,接着从旅游产业规划研究着手,阐释了旅游产业、旅游规划、旅游产业构成等概念以及区位理论、空间结构理论、产业集群理论、消费者行为理论等旅游产业规划的理论基础和基本面分析、主导产业选择与确定方法、产业集群辨识等旅游产业研究方法。再详细介绍了三岔湖的区位、交通、自然、文化、产业和历史,运用图表的方式直观展现了与三岔湖景区有竞争力量的成都、重庆等地特色景区情况,运用SWOT分析方法得出了三岔湖景区发展的竞合策略,继而创新地提出三岔湖“轻城”概念。然后紧紧围绕“轻城”发展理念,确定了三岔湖旅游产业规划的指导思想、相关原则和目标,并运用准入产业的分析方法,通过产业遴选矩阵,计算产业优质化引导指数,确定产业优先级梯队。最后,以“轻城”为基础,将三岔湖旅游区分为民族文化区、体育活动区、生态文化区和基础功能区四个旅游产业功能区,并按照“民族文化的多元化、体育活动的多样化、生态文化的多彩化”,把三岔湖旅游产业规划为商务会议度假、文化旅游休闲、滨水娱乐休闲、运动休闲度假、文化创意聚落、健身康复疗养、生态风情度假、民族文化聚落、基础功能服务九大组团,并据此进行了九大组团具体业态和旅游产品业态设计。本文经作者深入实地调研,结合理论知识,对三岔湖开发区的旅游产业分布规划和设计提出了一些新的主张和见解,希望能对三岔湖开发区的旅游产业功能布局和业态设计起到抛砖引玉的作用。
[Abstract]:Jianyang Sancha Lake is the largest lake in Chengdu's economic circle. In the 1980s, Sancha Lake, relying on its beautiful natural scenery, good regional location, and heavy historical culture, once became a tourist resort for people in the surrounding areas. However, with the change of market demand and the single structure of tourism products, the image of tourism products is not prominent, and so on. In 2007, Jianyang Sancha Lake was listed as an important part of the new "five" tourist areas in the 11th Five-Year Plan of the province. In order to give full play to the advantages of tourism resources in the Sancha Lake tourism area, to shape international brands and develop high-end tourism products, to meet the needs of the market and to provide humane services, the core competitiveness of the development area can be comprehensively enhanced. It is of great significance to plan and design the tourism industry of Sancha Lake Development Zone. This paper first expounds the research background from five aspects, namely, the sustainable development of the city, the leisure industry and the international tourism city development, the new strategic opportunity for the development of the western region, the tourism development plan of Sichuan Province, the construction of the Sancha Lake International Leisure Resort area. And the significance of the topic and the content of the research, then from the tourism industry planning research, explained the tourism industry, tourism planning, tourism industry composition and other concepts, as well as location theory, spatial structure theory, industrial cluster theory, The theoretical basis and fundamental analysis of tourism industry planning, such as consumer behavior theory, leading industry selection and determination method, industry cluster identification and other tourism industry research methods. Then it introduces the location, traffic, nature, culture, industry and history of Sancha Lake in detail. By using the chart, it intuitively shows the characteristic scenic spots of Chengdu and Chongqing, which have competitive power with the scenic spots of Sancha Lake. By using SWOT analysis method, the competitive strategy of the development of Sancha Lake scenic spot is obtained, and then the concept of "light city" of Sancha Lake is put forward innovatively. Then the guiding ideology, relevant principles and objectives of tourism industry planning of Sancha Lake are determined around the development concept of "light city", and the leading index of excellent quality of industry is calculated by using the analysis method of access industry and the matrix of industry selection. Identify industry priority echelons. Finally, on the basis of "light city", the tourism of Sancha Lake is divided into four functional areas of tourism industry: national culture area, sports activity area, ecological culture area and basic function area, and according to the diversification of national culture and sports activities, The tourism industry of Sancha Lake is planned for business conference and vacation, cultural tourism and leisure, waterfront entertainment, sports and leisure, cultural and creative settlement, fitness and rehabilitation, ecological and amorous feelings, and national cultural settlement. Based on the nine groups of basic function service, the paper designs the specific business form and tourism product format of the nine groups. Based on the author's field investigation and theoretical knowledge, this paper puts forward some new ideas and opinions on the planning and design of tourism industry distribution in Sanchaihu Development Zone. It is hoped that the function layout and design of tourism industry in Sanchaihu Development Zone will play an important role in guiding the development of tourism industry.
