潜江市文化旅游产业集聚发展研究

【摘要】：文化旅游产业作为文化产业的分支之一,是现代旅游业的重要组成部分,是当今经济社会发展中最具活力的新的产业之一。而产业集聚作为区域经济发展的特有现象和有效组织形式,对经济增长起着重要作用。将产业集聚理论运用在文化旅游产业的发展中将有利于促进产业结构升级和提升产业竞争力。潜江市位于武汉城市圈和鄂西生态文化旅游圈交汇处,是国务院确定的全国第二批资源枯竭型城市。潜江正面临着产业结构调整、城市经济转型的迫切需要,以文化旅游产业为代表的现代服务业作为潜江市转型发展的突破口,对潜江市经济社会可持续发展具有重大的战略意义。针对潜江市的文化旅游业发展缓慢的状况,本文运用产业集聚理论对潜江市文化旅游产业的发展进行针对性的研究。首先,作者对文化旅游产业集聚相关理论进行梳理,运用波特钻石模型分析影响潜江文化旅游产业集聚的诸要素,以及潜江市文化旅游产业集聚的现状与存在问题；在此基础上,围绕潜江市文化旅游产业的核心内容——曹禺文化产业园进行分析；提出潜江文化旅游业以提升产业竞争力、实现可持续性发展的对策建议。通过理论和实证的研究,本文初步得出以下结论：一是培养文化旅游的产业集聚优势是提升潜江市文化旅游业竞争力的重要途径；二是潜江市文化旅游产业集聚度还较低的初级发展阶段,曹禺文化产业园的开发要针对现阶段性的特点,对集聚各要素的优劣程度采取低优先及不同倚重程度的对策和措施；三是必须抓住影响集聚发展的主要因素及关键问题,从提升产业集聚竞争力的系统工程视角对潜江市文化旅游产业集聚发展做针对性分析和提出可操作性的建议。
[Abstract]:As one of the branches of cultural industry, cultural tourism industry is an important part of modern tourism and one of the most dynamic new industries in the economic and social development. Industrial agglomeration, as a unique phenomenon of regional economic development and an effective form of organization, plays an important role in economic growth. Applying the theory of industrial agglomeration to the development of cultural tourism industry will promote the upgrading of industrial structure and the promotion of industrial competitiveness. Qianjiang City is located at the intersection of Wuhan City Circle and Western Hubei Eco-cultural Tourism Circle. It is the second batch of resource-exhausted cities determined by the State Council. Qianjiang is facing the adjustment of industrial structure and the urgent need of urban economic transformation. The modern service industry represented by cultural tourism industry is regarded as a breakthrough in the transformation and development of Qianjiang City. It is of great strategic significance to the sustainable economic and social development of Qianjiang City. In view of the slow development of cultural tourism in Qianjiang, this paper uses the theory of industrial agglomeration to study the development of cultural tourism in Qianjiang. Firstly, the author combs the relevant theories of cultural tourism industry agglomeration, analyzes the factors that influence Qianjiang cultural tourism industry agglomeration by using Porter diamond model, and the present situation and existing problems of Qianjiang cultural tourism industry agglomeration. On this basis, the paper analyzes the core content of cultural tourism industry in Qianjiang City-Cao Yu Cultural Industry Park, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the competitiveness of Qianjiang cultural tourism industry and realize sustainable development. Through theoretical and empirical research, this paper draws the following conclusions: firstly, the industrial agglomeration advantage of cultivating cultural tourism is an important way to enhance the competitiveness of cultural tourism in Qianjiang City; Second, the cultural tourism industry of Qianjiang City is still low concentration of the primary stage of development, the development of Cao Yu cultural industry park should be aimed at the characteristics of the present stage, the advantages and disadvantages of the various elements of agglomeration to take low priority and depending on different degree of countermeasures and measures; Thirdly, we must grasp the main factors and key problems that affect the development of agglomeration, analyze the development of cultural tourism industry agglomeration in Qianjiang City from the perspective of system engineering to enhance the competitiveness of industrial agglomeration, and put forward some operable suggestions.
