高速铁路建设对武汉城市圈旅游发展的影响

【摘要】:伴随我国社会经济的不断向前发展以及随之而来的人民可支配收入的逐步增加、生活理念的转变,旅游已慢慢成为人们日常生活的重要组成部分,旅游需求的不断扩大促成了旅游业的蓬勃发展。交通作为旅游六要素之一,是旅游活动得以开展的前提之一,其在旅游业发展过程中扮演着重要的角色,交通技术的突破性发展则意味着旅游发展格局必定产生一系列的变化。近年来,高速铁路的出现以及不断发展,促成了旅游交通格局的又一次重大变革。高速铁路建设奇迹正一个个的出现于祖国大地,“高铁时代”已成为人们日常生活谈论的话题之一。就武汉城市圈而言,京广高铁的投入运营以及对于未来铁路的规划,使得武汉到全国的东西南北方向,都将实现4小时到达,这一交通格局的变化势必改变旅游业的空间格局,对于武汉城市圈旅游业的发展将产生巨大的推动作用。鉴于此,本文在阐述相关理论的基础上,运用相关理论和方法,以武汉城市圈为研究对象,多层面分析了高速铁路建设对于武汉城市圈旅游业发展所产生的影响,为此领域研究提供了一种全新的视角和途径。对于发挥自身优势,抓住机遇,在高铁时代加快推进武汉城市圈旅游-体化进程、实现其更好的发展都具有一定的参考价值。 文章首先简要介绍了论文的研究背景、意义、主要研究内容等,概括分析了国内外在旅游交通和高铁对旅游发展影响等方面的研究进展。其次,文章对旅游交通理论、旅游流理论、增长极理论等理论支撑进行了阐述。第三,文章对高速铁路以及武汉城市圈高速铁路的发展状况进行了概述,从产业现状、市场构架、产品开发三方面对武汉城市圈旅游业发展状况进行了分析归纳。第四,文章从旅游经济效益、旅游个体行为、客源市场、区域旅游合作、旅游产品开发五个方面分析了高速铁路建设对于武汉城市圈旅游业发展所产生的影响。随后,提出了高铁时代武汉城市圈旅游发展战略构想:集中各方力量,实施政府主导战略;倚仗旅游产业优势,强力推行产业联动战略;挖掘旅游资源价值,实施新品化战略;打造产品核心价值,全面推行品牌化战略;把握市场发展规律,积极寻求区域合作战略;了解市场差异,实施选择性营销战略。最后,本文做出了结论和展望。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy and the increase of people's disposable income and the change of life concept, tourism has gradually become an important part of people's daily life. The growing demand for tourism has contributed to the vigorous development of the tourism industry. As one of the six elements of tourism, traffic is one of the prerequisites for tourism activities to be carried out. It plays an important role in the development of tourism. The breakthrough development of transportation technology means that the pattern of tourism development must produce a series of changes. In recent years, the emergence and continuous development of high-speed railway has contributed to another major change in the pattern of tourism traffic. High-speed railway construction miracle is appearing one by one in the motherland, "high-speed railway era" has become one of the topics people talk about in their daily life. As far as Wuhan City Circle is concerned, the operation of the Beijing-Guangzhou high-speed railway and the planning of the future railway will enable Wuhan to reach the north-west direction of the country in four hours. This change in the traffic pattern is bound to change the spatial pattern of the tourism industry. For the development of tourism in Wuhan City Circle will have a huge role in promoting. In view of this, on the basis of expounding the relevant theories and using the relevant theories and methods, this paper takes Wuhan City Circle as the research object, and analyzes the influence of high-speed railway construction on the tourism development of Wuhan City Circle. Therefore, the research in this field provides a new perspective and approach. It has certain reference value to give full play to its own advantages, seize the opportunity, speed up the process of promoting tourism in Wuhan city circle and realize its better development in the era of high-speed rail. Firstly, this paper briefly introduces the research background, significance and main research contents of the paper, and analyzes the domestic and foreign research progress in tourism traffic and the impact of high-speed rail on tourism development. Secondly, the paper expounds the theory support of tourism traffic theory, tourism flow theory, growth pole theory and so on. Thirdly, the paper summarizes the development of high-speed railway and Wuhan City Circle High Speed Railway, and analyzes and sums up the development of tourism industry in Wuhan City Circle from three aspects: industry status, market structure and product development. Fourthly, the paper analyzes the impact of high-speed railway construction on the tourism development of Wuhan urban circle from five aspects: economic benefit, individual behavior, tourist market, regional tourism cooperation and tourism product development. Then, the paper puts forward the strategic conception of tourism development of Wuhan urban circle in high-speed railway era: concentrating all forces to implement the government-led strategy, relying on the advantages of tourism industry, vigorously implementing the strategy of industrial linkage, excavating the value of tourism resources, and implementing the strategy of new products. Build the core value of the product, carry out the brand strategy in an all-round way; grasp the law of market development, actively seek the strategy of regional cooperation; understand the market difference and implement the selective marketing strategy. Finally, the conclusion and prospect are made.
