阎良荆山塬景区农家乐旅游产业发展研究

【摘要】：随着世界工业化与城市化进程的深入、都市人口快速增长和生活节奏日趋加快，城市居民对城市之外的原生态消费需求不断增加。农家乐旅游作为人们一种主要的回归自然的生态旅游形式，应运而生并在我国许多地方得到了迅速发展。近年来，荆山塬景区充分发挥地理环境等资源优势，积极发展农家乐旅游，初步建成集休闲、娱乐于一体的荆山塬“农家乐”旅游区域，但在荆山塬农家乐旅游的发展过程中也存在一些亟待解决的问题，如规模小，市场混乱，，缺乏品牌化，严重制约了荆山塬农家乐旅游的可持续发展。本文以阎良荆山塬景区农家乐旅游为研究对象，通过对荆山塬景区农家乐游客及当地农民的实证研究，运用SPSS13.0软件对数据进行相关分析，力图摸清荆山塬景区农家乐旅游产业现状及发展中存在的问题，以提高荆山塬景区农家乐产业的竞争力为导向，以健全荆山塬景区农家乐旅游产业发展机制为目的，有针对性的提出农家乐旅游可持续发展的思路和对策。这对于提高荆山塬景区农家乐旅游产业市场竞争力，增加农民收入，推动农家乐旅游产业升级和荆山塬三村产业结构调整具有重要意义，也为推动我国农家乐旅游产业的可持续发展有一定的借鉴意义。本文首先介绍了论文的研究背景、意义，方法、思路以及技术路线等。其次阐述国内外主要农家乐的研究进展进行阐述，主要阐述了农家乐旅游相关概念、特点和分类、收入渠道以及国内外发展概况。再次对农家乐旅游发展现状进行分析。包括荆山塬景区旅游资源概况、经济规模和发展途径的演变以及经济类型。再利用问卷调查法，运用SPSS13.0软件，对调查数据进行多方面的统计学分析，发现荆山塬农家乐旅游发展中存在的关键问题，并探究各个问题的深层次原因；最后通过调查研究得出影响荆山塬农家乐旅游发展各因素之间的权重及关系，并以此为依据，提出荆山塬农家乐发展的对策。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of industrialization and urbanization in the world, the rapid growth of urban population and the pace of life are accelerating day by day, and the demand of urban residents for the original ecological consumption outside the city is increasing. As a main form of ecotourism returning to nature, Nongjiale tourism emerged as the times require and developed rapidly in many places of our country. In recent years, Jingshan Mountain Scenic area has made full use of the advantages of resources such as geographical environment, actively developed its rural tourism, and initially built a tourism area of "Nongjiale" in Jingshan Plateau, which integrates leisure and entertainment. However, there are some problems that need to be solved in the development of agricultural tourism in Jingshan tableland, such as small scale, chaotic market, lack of brand, which seriously restricts the sustainable development of agricultural family tourism in Jingshan plateau. This paper takes the Nongjiale Tourism in the Jingshan Mountain Scenic area of Yan Liang as the research object, through the empirical research on the tourists and local farmers of the Jingshan Mountain Scenic spot, using SPSS13.0 software to carry on the correlation analysis to the data. This paper tries to find out the present situation and problems in the development of agricultural music tourism industry in Jingshan tableland, to improve the competitiveness of agricultural music industry in Jingshan tableland, and to perfect the development mechanism of agricultural music tourism industry in Jingshan tableland. Put forward the thought and countermeasure of the sustainable development of Nongjiale tourism. This is of great significance for improving the market competitiveness of agricultural and tourism industry, increasing the income of farmers, promoting the upgrading of the tourism industry of Nongjiale and adjusting the industrial structure of the three villages in Jingshan Plateau. It also has certain reference significance for promoting the sustainable development of China's agricultural tourism industry. This paper first introduces the research background, significance, methods, ideas and technical routes. Secondly, this paper expounds the research progress of the main farm music at home and abroad, mainly expounds the related concepts, characteristics and classification, income channels and the development situation of the country and abroad. Again, the status quo of the development of Nongjiale tourism is analyzed. Including Jingshan scenic spot tourism resources, economic scale and development of the evolution and economic types. Secondly, by using the method of questionnaire and SPSS13.0 software, the author makes statistical analysis of the investigation data in many aspects, finds out the key problems existing in the development of Nongjiale tourism in Jingshan Plateau, and probes into the deep-seated causes of each problem. Finally, through the investigation and research, the weight and relationship among the factors affecting the development of agricultural family music tourism in Jingshan tableland are obtained, and based on this, the countermeasures for the development of agricultural family music in Jingshan tableland are put forward.
