吉林省旅游业导游管理模式研究

【摘要】:随着改革开放,我国经济迅速发展,,旅游产业也开始与世界接轨。为了适应大环境的发展我国各级政府及相关部门也都为此做了大量努力,特别是全国旅游发展水平相对落后的吉林省政府。为了改变吉林省旅游业当前的落后面貌,近些年我省投入大量人力、物力、财力到旅游相关产业上,使我省旅游产业发展明显提高。 但随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对旅游的要求已经不仅仅是对相关设施的要求,逐步转变成对相关服务的要求上了。人们对服务要求不断攀升,全国各地针对服务出现了很多新的问题,特别是我省在旧问题还没解决的情况下,新问题又涌现出来,体现在导游服务上的弊端和不足尤为明显。为了改善这些不足,我省各地对导游管理模式也做了积极的调整,这些管理模式最终通过我省导游职业的现状反应出来:导游从业人员缺乏、职业社会认可度低、从业人员合理的权力利益得不到保障、没有相关的升级培训、旅行商之间的不良竞争导致工作成本增加等。导游职业的现状导致导游在工作中缺少安全感、工作压力增大、服务质量降低。这些不良因素的出现导致针对导游服务的投诉增加。制约了我省旅游产业的发展,影响了吉林省旅游产业的声誉。为此,改善我省导游职业的待遇刻不容缓。而提高我省导游职业待遇需要通过完善我省导游管理模式来取得。在政府层面应该利用其权威性宣传导游职业,制定规章制度、保障导游合法权利并加强旅游产业的监管制度保障旅游市场的规范;企业层面应该鼓励旅行社根据自身企业情况多种模式管理导游、根据企业发展需求制定培训计划和内容;导游服务中心应该提高服务意识、完善信息资料、随时更新并为导游从业人员提供维权服务。总之,只有提高我省导游职业待遇,完善我省导游管理模式,才能从根本上保障吉林省旅游产业的发展,为我省经济做出贡献。
[Abstract]:With the reform and opening up, China's rapid economic development, tourism industry has also begun to connect with the world. In order to adapt to the development of the environment, all levels of government and related departments have also made great efforts to this end, especially the Jilin Provincial Government, which has a relatively backward level of tourism development in the whole country. In order to change the backward features of tourism in Jilin Province, in recent years, our province has invested a lot of manpower, material resources and financial resources to tourism related industries, so that the development of tourism industry in our province is obviously improved. However, with the improvement of people's living standard, people's demand for tourism is not only for related facilities, but also for related services. The demand for service has been rising, and many new problems have appeared all over the country, especially when the old problems have not been solved in our province, which is reflected in the shortcomings and shortcomings of the tour guide service. In order to improve these deficiencies, various places in our province have also made positive adjustments to the tour guide management model. These management models finally reflect through the current situation of tour guide profession in our province: the lack of tour guide practitioners, the low social recognition of the profession, The reasonable rights and interests of the employees are not guaranteed, there is no related upgrading and training, and the bad competition among the traveling salesman leads to the increase of the work cost and so on. The present situation of tour guide occupation leads to the lack of sense of security in the tour guide's work, the increase of work pressure and the decrease of service quality. The emergence of these adverse factors led to an increase in complaints against tour guides. It restricts the development of tourism industry in Jilin Province and affects the reputation of tourism industry in Jilin Province. Therefore, it is urgent to improve the treatment of tour guides in our province. To improve the professional treatment of tour guides in our province, we need to improve our tour guide management mode to achieve. At the government level, we should make use of its authority to propagate tour guide profession, formulate rules and regulations, guarantee tour guide's legal right and strengthen the supervision system of tourism industry to ensure the norm of tourism market. At the enterprise level, travel agencies should be encouraged to manage tour guides according to their own enterprise conditions, and to formulate training plans and contents according to the needs of enterprises. Tour guide service centers should enhance service awareness and improve information and materials. Update and provide rights protection service for tour guide staff at any time. In a word, only by improving the professional treatment of tour guides and perfecting the management mode of tour guides in our province, can the tourism industry of Jilin Province be guaranteed fundamentally and contribute to the economy of our province.
