南京市旅游农业项目调研及规划建设评价

【摘要】：旅游农业项目是指在乡村环境背景中,以农业景观为特色、以农事活动为内容、以农耕文化为灵魂开展的观光休闲项目。论文研究的对象特指位于南京市域范围内,有具体建设主体、有明确用地范围的一类旅游农业园区。南京市旅游农业建设兴起于上世纪90年代,近年来随着农业经济结构的不断调整与社会经济的持续发展,南京市旅游农业走上飞速发展的轨道,成为南京市乡村经济的重要增长点。然而数量的增长并不代表质量的提高,目前南京市旅游农业项目的规划建设水平良莠不齐,既没有掌握其整体实际建设水平,也缺乏针对其规划建设的评估、完善机制。文章整合旅游农业规划建设相关理论,充分结合南京地区实情,通过对南京市旅游农业项目的实地调研,掌握其规划建设状况的一手资料,从定量和定性两方面评价南京旅游农业项目的规划建设情况,并创建旅游农业项目的规划建设评价体系,提出其可持续的发展策略。首先,本文运用文献研究法、理论归纳法、综合系统整治法和案例实证法等研究方法,在分析旅游农业产生和发展的情况下,对“旅游农业”、“旅游农业项目”、“旅游农业园区”等相关概念进行辨析,明确旅游农业项目的概念、内涵、特征,系统论述了他们的产生因素、分类方法、发展意义,同时阐述分析国内外旅游农业发展状况及问题。第二,在研究南京市地域概况、农业概况、旅游农业发展情况的基础上,客观分析南京市发展旅游农业项目的优势以及目前暴露的问题,从宏观上总体评估与统计南京市旅游农业项目发展情况,并尝试找出其发展规律。第三,根据类型、面积、空间布局、发展方式的不同选择南京地区12个具有代表性的旅游农业项目对其规划建设水平进行实地调研,通过比较研究的方法,从园区建设背景、园区选址、园区主题与发展定位、园区空间布局与功能分区、园区产业、园区基础设施建设、园区景观特色、园区旅游活动策划、园区主题文化、园区后期运营10个方面,分析每个项目的规划建设情况。第四,结合前期理论与实践研究,采用层次分析法构建科学的南京市旅游农业项目规划建设评价体系,并对上述重点调研的12个旅游农业项目进行综合打分,进而从定量、定性的角度研究南京市旅游农业的规划建设水平第五,在上述研究的基础上提出南京市旅游农业项目规划建设的优化模式,包括主题定位优化、空间布局优化、旅游活动策划优化、景观特色优化以及运营模式优化五个方面。
[Abstract]:The tourism agriculture project refers to the sightseeing and leisure project which is carried out in the background of rural environment, with the agricultural landscape as the characteristic, the agricultural activity as the content, and the farming culture as the soul. The object of this paper is a kind of tourism agricultural park, which is located in Nanjing area and has specific construction subject and clear land scope. The construction of tourism agriculture in Nanjing started in the 1990s. In recent years, with the continuous adjustment of agricultural economic structure and the sustainable development of social economy, tourism agriculture in Nanjing has been on the track of rapid development. Nanjing has become an important growth point of rural economy. However, the increase in quantity does not represent the improvement of quality. At present, the planning and construction level of tourism agricultural projects in Nanjing is mixed, which neither grasps its overall actual construction level, nor assesses its planning and construction, and improves the mechanism. This paper integrates the theory of tourism agricultural planning and construction, fully combines the facts of Nanjing, through the field investigation of tourism agricultural projects in Nanjing, and grasps the first-hand information of the planning and construction situation of tourism agriculture projects in Nanjing. This paper evaluates the planning and construction of tourism agricultural projects in Nanjing from both quantitative and qualitative aspects, and establishes the evaluation system of planning and construction of tourism agricultural projects, and puts forward its sustainable development strategies. First of all, this article uses the literature research method, the theory induction method, the comprehensive system regulation method and the case study method, under the analysis tourism agriculture production and the development situation, "the tourism agriculture", "the tourism agriculture project", The related concepts such as "tourism agricultural park" are analyzed, and the concept, connotation, characteristics of tourism agricultural project are clarified, and their producing factors, classification methods, development significance are systematically discussed. At the same time, the development of tourism agriculture at home and abroad is analyzed. Secondly, on the basis of studying the general situation of Nanjing region, agriculture and tourism agriculture, the advantages of tourism agricultural projects in Nanjing and the problems exposed at present are analyzed objectively. This paper evaluates and statistics the development of tourism agricultural projects in Nanjing from the macro perspective, and tries to find out the rules of development. Third, according to the type, area, space layout, development mode of different choice of 12 representative tourism agricultural projects in Nanjing area planning and construction of the level of field research, through comparative research methods, from the park construction background, Site selection, theme and development orientation, space layout and function zoning, industry, infrastructure construction, landscape characteristics, tourism planning, theme culture, and late operation of the park. Analyze the planning and construction of each project. Fourth, combined with the previous theoretical and practical studies, this paper constructs a scientific evaluation system of tourism agricultural project planning and construction in Nanjing by using AHP, and synthetically scores 12 tourism agricultural projects investigated above, and then quantifies them. Qualitative study on the Planning and Construction level of Tourism Agriculture in Nanjing the fifth, on the basis of the above research, puts forward the optimization mode of planning and construction of tourism agricultural projects in Nanjing, including the optimization of theme orientation, the optimization of spatial layout, Tourism planning optimization, landscape characteristics optimization and operation model optimization five aspects.
