我国免费公园利益相关者管理研究

【摘要】：我国的免费公园是人民休闲娱乐的好场所,与它利益相关的组织或个人较多,对其利益相关者进行全面的管理并提升其管理效率是普惠于民的工作,所以,做免费公园利益相关者的全面管理的研究是一件非常有意义的事情。本文在查阅我国免费公园研究和国内外利益相关者理论研究的相关资料后发现：国内外专家既吸收其它学科的精华用于开拓利益相关者理论的研究,又使用利益相关者理论指导其它学科的研究,这为本文使用学科交叉、理论渗透的方法研究免责公园利益相关者提供了范例。随着时间的推移,我国公园属性的公共品性质越明显。我国免费公园管理研究还有待进一步提高。利益相关者理论的定性、定量研究较齐全,利益相关者分类研究纵深发展,但利益相关者理论的研究共同体还未形成。另外,国内外利益相关者理论研究存在一定的差异。本文在选择合适的理论成果后,搭建了我国免费公园利益相关者管理的分析框架。分析框架由4个层面管理——理论层面管理、影响层面管理、利益层面管理和策略层面管理——组成。理论层面管理讨论我国免费公园利益相关者的界定、构成与分类等,影响层面管理和利益层面管理分别讨论我国免费公园与其利益相关者的影响因素和利益关系；策略层面管理分析我国免费公园对其利益相关者的管理策略。本文还以《天津市公园条例》为文本,解析我国免费公园对其利益相关者的规制管理。依据分析框架和案例的讨论,本文从我国免费公园对其利益相关者的规制与策略、我国免费公园利益相关者管理的理论层面分析与影响层面分析以及我国免费公园利益相关者管理的命题3方面讨论我国免费公园利益相关者的管理。
[Abstract]:The free park in our country is a good place for people's recreation and entertainment, and there are more organizations or individuals concerned with it. It is a job that benefits the people to manage its stakeholders in an all-round way and improve its management efficiency. It makes sense to do research on the full management of free park stakeholders. After consulting the relevant materials of free park research and stakeholder theory research at home and abroad, this paper finds that experts at home and abroad not only absorb the essence of other disciplines, but also exploit the research of stakeholder theory. The stakeholder theory is also used to guide the research of other disciplines, which provides an example for this paper to study the stakeholders of the exemption park by using the method of cross-discipline and theoretical penetration. With the passage of time, the property of public goods of park in our country is more obvious. The study of free park management in China needs to be further improved. The qualitative and quantitative research of stakeholder theory is complete, and the research of stakeholder classification develops in depth, but the research community of stakeholder theory has not been formed. In addition, there are some differences in the research of stakeholder theory at home and abroad. After choosing the appropriate theoretical results, this paper sets up the analysis framework of stakeholder management of free parks in China. The analytical framework consists of four levels of management: theoretical management, impact management, benefit management and strategic management. Theoretical level management discusses the definition, composition and classification of the stakeholders of free parks in China, and discusses the influence factors and interest relations between the free parks and their stakeholders. Strategic level management analysis of free parks in China to its stakeholders management strategy. This paper also analyzes the regulation and management of our country's free parks to its stakeholders with the text of Tianjin Park regulations. According to the analysis frame and the case discussion, this article from our country free park to its stakeholder regulation and the strategy, This paper discusses the management of the free park stakeholders in China from three aspects: the theoretical analysis and the impact analysis of the stakeholder management of the free park and the proposition of the stakeholder management of the free park in our country.
